Staff needs to brush up on the characteristics of the flowers. Not just read the label.

If you're an experienced smoker or even just a recreational toker looking for reasonably priced strains and concentrates this place is an okay solution. The dispensary is clean and modern, they usually have a good selection of dry herb and also stock tinctures, topicals and oils. If, however, you're new to all of this and/or you're a patient suffering from any illness which requires compassion, sensitivity and even a rudimentary understanding of legitimate medical benefits of CBD vs.THC then you should really consider another dispensary. The staff seem reluctant to provide any information about their products and show no personal interest in the needs of their customers. At times it can seem as if they merely want to take your money and get you out the door as quickly as possible. The owners' choice of a 'Managing Director' is baffling to me. At the very least I would suggest that he not be allowed to interact with the customers as his 'people' skills are non-existent to the point of arrogance. I know from a recent news story on CBC that there have been some changes in the management structure here due to issues with obtaining their business licence. I fear that Sea to Sky may eventually regret this particular decision if they find that they begin to lose more patients due to poor customer service. As a sufferer of anxiety and PTSD, I require my wellness provider to offer a warm, inviting and supportive atmosphere. Sadly, entering this facility has gradually deteriorated to becoming an unpleasant chore and I'm always relieved on the occasions when I step inside and find that the management is absent. I am happy to say that I have recently discovered another, more well established and respected dispensary, where I am treated with warmth and courtesy. I will be obtaining my medication from my new provider from this point forward.

I have made a few orders from this website. All is usually good. However, this is not the case. I got 10G of headband shatter that totally tasted like sulphur / rotting eggs. I ordered 10 of it and it is unsmokeable. Literally, tastes like burnt hair. I was lucky enough to get a replacement out with the same $ value but better stuff. My friend also ordered a ounce of the same stuff and has over 400+ in unsmokeable product. And still no refund or replacement for his product. He is out $450+ dollars. Not a good move. Also when we reported the shatter tasted like rotten eggs/ sulphur they continued to sell it on their website! Shame on you SeaToSky604.

To sum Sea to Sky up in one word, it would be accessibility. You walk through the front door and immediately, there are two comfy couches and a couple of friendly guys to greet you. And by friendly, I mean friendly. Matheo is just awesome - I brought my dad to this place as he’s just been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, and he was able to explain to him how he could help him with his condition, setting him up with an easy to use tincture. I got a prescription for my own conditions and I’m happy to report that the quality of their dry herbs is absolutely extraordinary, and there’s a good variety of daytime sativas and nighttime indicas to choose from for very decent suggested donations. I’d definitely recommend the Alien Dog to anyone who wants a creative energetic rush – it’s great for ADD, and at Sea to Sky it’s only the highest quality. This is by far the nicest new Dispensary to open recently.

When I walked in I was instantly greeted. Super nice staff. Flowers a pretty good quality and the cbd capsules are the bomb! Always end up buying a couple weeks amount. 😂

Good service. I went there with my physicians form and got a membership within the span of 5 minutes. Matteo was very friendly and accommodating, and the place is very clean and professional looking. Upon entering the sales area, there is a decent selection of strains, many of which are high quality. Good dense indicas and nice fluffy sativas, with a whole lot of hybrids too. My only suggestion is that you bring CASH with you, as there is no debit machine yet, though Matteo told me that they've already ordered a debit machine. so there's that to look forward to. Overall, a great place to find quality bud.

I was moving across the country, so i placed an order as soon as i got to my destination at about 8:00pm. At 10:00am the next morning my doorbell rang with my delivery. Unreal fast and great product.

My first time experience at this dispensary was just amazing' I went to see the gentlemen with my physians form and a piece of ID. Had my membership in a matter of minutes and i was able to acess a good variety of different strains. Highly reccommended

Just did my first mail order. They accidentally sent the wrong amounts. When I contacted them, Max straightened it out in a jiff,and they sent the FULL order , their dime. The prices are a mite high, but quality and service are Fab, and I'll certainly order here again,and have recommended them to friends

Stepped into the Fraser St location with a confirmation of diagnosis and was picking up within 10 minutes. Both the 'white shark' and 'bubba' made for excellent flowers, but at $13 and $12/g it was a bit pricey. Excellent service and great product though; will be coming back in due time.

I joined Sea To Sky today. My first impressions - the staff and service is great they are very welcoming & knowledgable 5/5 - I got Really Purple Kush. The bud is purple and beautiful. Good donation price and so far the affects are great I am relaxed & not tired. - I had a good conversation with the other patients the atmosphere is awesome everyone is friendly. If you live in south van I recommend Sea to Sky for all your medicinal needs. G

Good product that ships nationally. Overnight delivery across the country. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have always been impressed with my medication.
