Blue Dream makes for a quite pleasant effect. It is a bit of a creeper, you feel all of the stress leave you after the first hit, but you may end up taking a couple more tokes before it all comes down on you at once within a few minutes later, which you may regret if you're smoking it before work.
Smoked moderately, it relaxes every aspect of your current state of being. It's a clear headed high, no paranoia or anxiety, because it's blocking out negative thoughts. Nothing bothers you. I have muscle spasms, and this stuff allows me to loosen up while I am walking. My back, shoulder and neck muscles clamp up rock hard and smoking this makes my work days much easier to handle.
The aroma is sweet and flowery. My wife, although a former medical cannabis user, hates the smell of cannabis in general and covers her mouth and nose when I smoke. However, I held up a bud of this Blue Dream to her nose the night after buying it, and she said he actually thought it smelled really good. It has a really strong dankness about it as well..
It clears my mind of all my negative thoughts, and it makes me sleepy so I can sleep well at night.
It makes me very creative. I spend half of the work day writing songs in my head. The melodies are very awesome and all of them function very well alongside each other in unison. I wish I had stuff around me to record with at the time that I come up with these intricate compositions.
The biggest negative aspect of it is that it does make you feel a little sleepy. Right after smoking it, you spend the first hour of it thinking you are more sleepy than you really are, because it puts pressure on the eyes and it dries them, but it makes it to where you can barely keep them open in the sun. You also feel like you have no control over their expression, as they stay the same. Your whole face is extremely lazy, and you feel like you can't smile. You're voice is also weak and you can't seem to speak loud enough.
Overall, it is great to help relax you not only when going to sleep but also when you are up and moving around, but may make you appear and feel a little out of it when dealing with face to face situations, such as a job where you deal with the public on a constant basis.
