I am diagnosed with Lennox Gastaut Syndrome, a form of Epilepsy (seizures) and this is by far the best strain I have experienced. I use wax, put a little on my gums and it creates a naturally slow release. Although indica dominant, I am able to use ALM both during night and daytime without any indica related side effects. I actually feel quite productive and very uplifted. This strain keeps my seizures controlled, which has been extremely hard to do my entire life. I recommend to anyone who is stressed or has a lot on their mind wanting to feel relaxed yet not in any way couch locked. This strain has also very much helped with inflammation. This strain helps with memory loss as well, another downside to experiencing seizures.

ALM is my daytime go to. I got this in a concentrate syringe and use it as an edible. I then have my morning cup of coffee. The effects kick in a little later this route but I prefer not to smoke. Once it hits me, I feel little intermittent bursts of euphoria and creativity. I can definitely get into a work focus zone and vibe with some background music. Effective for cramps and generalized body aches. Daytime functional while knocking your anxiety out. It can get you a bit frisky as well.

I got this in a distillate and it was fantastic. Vaporized I'm immediately punched in the mouth by the odd taste of mint, fresh mint not artificial. Upon exhale the fresh mint fades into a nice herbal pine flavour. Quite like an herbal tea actually. And the effects are spot on. A classic sense of couch lock.
