Comes on slowly with some pleasing spacey vibes, and then it drops you off a cliff into total muscle relaxation. Maybe 'gently rolls you down the hill' is better. Anyway, it's great.

Bought this from Grassroots after reading a bunch of super positive reviews. Surprisingly I was not nearly so pleased as I expected to be. The smell while grinding it up was rather grassy and earthy, but the flavor while smoking was not really reminiscent of anything. If I had to really come up with a descriptor word I would say - Thick. Some might love it, but it wasn’t my favorite. As for pain relief, it was not at all helpful with my headache but seemed to relieve my lower back pain a bit. Also, I’m not NOT high but I’m not really as relaxed as hoped. Meh. To be fair - It was a preroll so perhaps my expectations should have been lower.

I always love to try any strain that claims to “tingle”, because I love that cooling tingly body high. Birthday cake was just ok though, no tingle. To be fair, my tolerance might be a little high so I will check back on this one after a T break. I used a single use distillate pen, I’ve also used just flower.. Overall this hasn’t been my favourite toke.

Let them puff Cake!!! The flavor is very sweet, with fruity tones. It's got some zing for a Indica dominant strain. I mostly smoke Indica dominant strains, and from time to time I come across one that really stands out and this is one of those strains. This beautiful girl will not give me couch lock instead a nice body high awaits, this bud can induce an active and creative mind making it great for daytime use. This is not bud I personally would smoke before bed, I have better suited bud for that. It was great the other afternoon vaping some Birthday Cake Kush and just loosening hours in my studio. It also does it's job of controlling my nausea, but I don't find it to be the strongest pain management bud, it does take the edge off my pain. This is a wonderful strain I'm so glad I came across it. I highly recommend you give it a try and see if it's the right medicine for you.

My personal favorite strain...wow!! Melts away stress and depression and helps motivate me to do whatever I need to do during the day. Can rip a vape pen of this and never get paranoid or weird feeling. Might be a tad strong for new tokers but for experienced blazers this is a A+ and MUST TRY!!

Oh my God! This strain is easily one of my new favorites! It was love at first puff! I've had mild insomnia for the past several months, mostly due to stress. It would take me a good 3 to 4 hours to actually fall asleep. Well, today I got two new vape cartridges, one of which was Birthday Cake Kush. After my closing shift, I sat in the break room in a comfy rolling chair. I fell asleep for what must have been an hour and a half. Just knocked out! Mind you, I was also vaping Pineapple Express, a sativa-dominant hybrid strain. Not only did it make me hella sleepy, it tastes and smells like actual cake batter. It reminds me of little vanilla cupcakes. It's a dessert I don't have to feel guilty about! I highly recommend this strain to relieve stress and get some hard-earned sleep.
