(THCa) Worst strain I’ve ever had. I smoke because I have PTSD which is coupled with an anxiety disorder and this strain literally had me shaking and paranoid. I’ve never experienced a high like that before. Instead of calming my anxiety and helping me process my thoughts and triggers, I had the worst panic attack I’ve had in years. I definitely don’t recommend this strain for anyone with PTSD. The other reviews say that it’s helped with anxiety, but it made my exponentially worse.

These are some beautiful bright florescent green buds, some of the prettiest I've seen! With such rock star parents as GSC and Cherry Pie, how could you go wrong?? This sweet soul sister reminds me quite a bit of Cherry Thunderfuck, a personal fave. This is a good one for the medicine cab for those who suffer anxiety, adhd, arthritis + general body aches — this Birthday Cake 🎂 certainly makes life's aches + pains much easier, any time of year! Perhaps newbies start slow..

🎂🏅… new favorite. for MY birthday this is the only cake i want. i picked some up from Grassroots, and this is going to be a go-to strain for me now. Very sweet flavor and the best part for me is it’s head high. Let me explain: I don’t like too strong of a head high for a few reasons. 1 i suffer from terrible migraines and if a head high is too much i’ll feel shit. 2 i like to be clearheaded enough to be productive (if i so choose to be). This high is fluffy but very much potent. ALSO i find that this helps surprisingly with eye pressure/pain for some reason. 🎂🔥

first green hits and i’m like this is the best true birthday cake taste and the smoothness of the rolling chillum hits are all flavor and two is plenty which i never say no, i’m good. well i changed my mind with this Ish. parents cherry pie and Girl Scout cookies…. my g$d it all makes sense now 👍🏼🍪🏴‍☠️🙏🏼 bravo 🙌🏼 let’s say good night 🌙 with another bowl 🥣 kk thanks 🙏🏼 peace.

For some reason I’ve had a bowel movement every morning j after buying an oz of this. before, i was having constipation and irregular movements so this has been a nice surprise. I don’t drink any coffee btw, just tea. This strain chills me out and gets me nice and stoned, solid 4/5

Purchased Birthday Cake at Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary through their Mohawk Valley branch in New Hartford, New York. Powerful strain. Packs a punch. After 2 hits from my cone, the soothing mind and body high started to kick in. Multiple times I forgot I had the cone still in my hand and not finished yet, which is always a pleasant surprise, but it puts you in a calm and soothing, mellow, sedative state. A great strain to have before bed. Good for stress relief, anxiety, sleep deprivation. More of a floral, earthy aroma with a vanilla undertone. Higher thc% nice and potent. Highly recommend this strain.

Strong sedation that often has me feeling sleepy before I may want to. if you're looking to sleep this is your strain. It works wonders. Solid pain reduction.
