Blue Dream is my favorite strain and has been for many, many years. I know it's BD just by it's unique smell, which I love. BD offers a sense of euphoria, relaxation, love and happiness. Definitely makes me laugh uncontrollably sometimes. One thing I noticed about BD is that it causes introspection and awareness of the real meaning behind your behaviors and actions. Kind of peels back your outer layer so you can see things more clearly, and through a more loving, understanding perspective. It definitely heightens the senses, so I enjoy watching movies or having sex on it. BD will help lower anxiety if you are in a good headspace. Smoking while anxious might cause paranoia. But if used correctly, it will lower your anxiety and help you focus on being present. It helps me stop overthinking and start doing. Definitely an amazing strain that will always be my one true love. I've smoked shitty BD in my life as well, so quality does matter. I like it in concentrate and flower. Both are great. This is a universally-loved strain for a reason. If you like Blue Dream, try Northern Lights #5 or Jack Herer.

Dispo lady came at me with a warning 😭 she went into a spiral at 8 because she thought she forgot to drive her kids to school..... it was 8pm. I like it, def for seasoned stoners. Nice mix of head and body high, a little spacey in the come down tho. Didn't give me munchies but it helped with appetite aversion 👍. It's long lasting and helped my creativity, nice to smoke some flower and start painting.

Up there with NY Sour Diesel for me.
