I'm a 42 year old man with Aspergers Syndrome & ADD (diagnosed back in '89 when those were still a thing). I struggle with emotional regulation aka anger management issues. I'm not a "use this if your left foot hurts, but this for your right" believer in strains. But this is one of two strains (The other being "Trainwreck") that *appears* to be most beneficial to me. If not exactly that, they're at minimum my favorite strains. Blue Dream pairs well with Sour Patch Kids, Powerade Mountain Berry Blast and Mountain Dew Baja Blast.

This was amazing! Every sound and action was enhanced. Felt the world expanding and was enjoying everything but I feel like my senses have been enhanced by a thousand on some super hero shit. If I was exercising right now on this I think I’d be crushing it right now. That’s how much energy I feel. It's just like weeeeeeeeeeeee🎵🎶🎹🎺🎻🎷🎸🥁🥁🥁🥁

Blue dream is definitely a great morning pick me up strain. If you’re looking for a strain to help get things done then this is the strain for you. I feel energetic, focused, and able to tackle anything in front of me. This strain did not give me any anxiety but left me in a state of creativity and happiness.

I was really on the fence about this one even though I’ve smoked it before in my younger days because I’m just so much more sensitive now to sativas and much prefer indica, but I am SO happy I did as someone who suffers from almost daily panic attacks (C-PTSD Panic disorder and random adrenaline dumps) this is the first time I’ve felt absolutely calm and level in almost a month. Like the absolute relief I feel almost makes me cry, I haven’t slept more than 5 hours in ages and I know when I’m done writing this review I’m going to pass the hell out. I also have bad back pain and a massive cyst on my left ovary and this has given me more pain relief than the actual pain meds they put me on for it. If you’re nervous because it’s a sativa dominant please don’t be put off and give it a try I really don’t have anything negative to say about it I don’t even really have a case of the power munchies like I normally do with indica. I’m glad I went back to my roots, I remember now why this was my absolute favorite strain about 10 years ago. Time to go listen to my chill playlist and pass out.

I’m not a majority here, but I very much dislike Blue Dream. For me personally, it feels almost like nothing happens, and quickly fades away. When I first tried this strain over a decade ago, I assumed it to be a bad grow. I’ve tried it several times since and while there’s been some variance in intensity the underwhelming high has remained the defining characteristic for me. If you’ve not tried it, try it. Look at the reviews. It’s clear most people enjoy it. However, if you find it incredibly underwhelming you aren’t alone. I sometimes think this strain got big because of the name, and has garnered a reputation it doesn’t deserve. I joke sometimes that I wouldn’t be able to find schwag at all anymore, were it not for Blue Dream. In my opinion, and it is that, Blue Dream is reggie with makeup on. I have to select effects for Leafly and obviously there are effects, it is active. However, bear in mind that for me these have been extremely muted.

This strain made me fall in love to cannabis. Friday afternoon I decided to light this guy up at the park to see how my day would go high. Previously I only consumed a bit of cannabis in the evenings after work. I kid you not, I took 3 puffs and started walking around and the sun rays made my skin feel EUPHORIC. The rest of day was filled with optimism and hope I’ve never had on any substance. Great for depression, stress, and PTSD without putting you out for the count.

Makes me energized yet relaxed.

bought this at a Illinois dispensary and absolutely loved it. 60% sativa with a 40% indica ratio. I like taking it around the mid evening I'll take it with some CBN plus CBD sleep gummies by herbal garden essentials. It will give me a nice sativa rush and when the gummies kick in will knock me out good .
