I love this strain...my new #1 I suffer from a bunch of things but, my biggest is no sleep. I am always looking for the best strain to help me to be able to shut down my brain for a little. I found it in Blue Steel. It helps my mind and body to be able to relax enough eventually where I can fall a sleep. While I am awake I am a mellow happy. Forgetting all about the bad things that happened during the day.

Bring it back good strain good for back pain!!!!!

I had a minor stroke 7 months ago, that affected/destroyed a small area of white matter in the right temporal lobe . This resulted in visual problems, including extreme light sensitivity, and also extreme anxiety, tied to light pattern/wavelength sensitivity. Since trying/switching to this strain, approximately 3 weeks ago, I have noticed a real difference in my tolerance for light and dark contrasts and my related anxiety. I have also noticed better mental focus and the ability to concentrate for longer periods, before any negative affects of prolonged reading/visually focusing become apparent. This leads me to speculate that it may offer some relief to MS sufferers, as that also affects the white matter in the brain. No evidence of that, but???

Effect was fine. However, it was very mild. I had to use about twice as much as I do for other strains.

Blue Steel (70% Indica) by Silver Lake Caregivers Group had 20% THC. Effects are upbeat & happy first. Then relaxed, mellow, & chill like you get from Blueberry. Followed by sleep on the come down. Fat, puffy, & fluffy spring green buds with bright light orange hairs & frosty crystal trichomes everywhere. Tastes & smells are sweet, fruity, berry, & blueberry. Very pleasurable to the senses! Stay Elevated.....

Im a medical patient for chronic back pain. Even though this strain is almost entirely a head high its pretty effective for helping with the pain. It definatly makes you sleepy. This is my go-to right now from my dispensary. If you mix it with another strain that gives a good body high (i reccommend blending it with the cbd strain "AcDc") it will take care of pain entirely.

This strain did a great job making me calm down and become less stressed I didn't really care for the harsh cough it gave me after the initial first draw and even after smoking for a few minutes I was still coughing it has a nice and serene effect on my mind
