This was bred by Dj Short and later stolen by Dutch Passion. You can refer to his episode on the Pot Cast for more clarification Leafly editors.
Just go with the Flo. That isn't a bad way to describe this strain. It smells and tastes of sweet earthy hash. This is up there on my favorite smelling strains. It's similar in smell to Gorilla Glue in a way. The high of this strain can be considered quite tranquil. It leaves the user in a state of profound relaxation. It uplifts the user just enough, without any chance of over stimulation. The high is pretty mild so those looking for a hard-hitting high might be a little disappointed. Still, this would be on my list of strains I'd pick to introduce to a first time toker.
Goggles on. Air tank attached. Flippers secure. And jump! You splash into the water. Engulfed as it surrounds your body. As the immersion settles in, you find your bearings. There seems to be something curvy in the middle of the ocean right there. You start swimming towards it. Hmm... it seems to be a little bit harder to move than you remember it being not under the influence of water pressure, but it's not impossible. It is only water after all. It's not like you were stuck under a rock or some... WHZEEOOOM! That curvy thing turned out to be an underwater current! And now you're in it. WEEEEE!! As the current pushes you through the ocean, you feel the water press firmly against your goggles. You feel it glide over your shoulders. As you continue to soar through the ocean, you are whizzed by sights you've only ever seen on National Geographic. Colorful reefs. Exotic fish. Dolphins getting high off a puffer fish. You bro fist one of them. You can't believe the sights you've seen. So much information. Such little time to observe. Then the current spits you out of the ocean. Yea, straight out of it like Compton. You fly through the air, crash through the roof of your house, and fall right onto your couch where you're writing reviews for weed.

Flo # 1 from LivWell
Dense Dark Green Buds with a LARGE sized refined sugar coating
Short yellow-orange hairs dominated by fat sugar crystals
Aroma is technically on the Forest side with green leaves and brown leaves and a hint of wood in the background
Pinched between 2 fingers it releases a Cap'n Crunch Cereal smell and later a wet leaves/wet dog smell like WhiteFireOG
Inhale is better than average
Spring/Summer-y slanted
High is disappointing from a looking to get stoned point of view
You almost wonder if you need to smoke more just to feel something
I'm guessing this is less that 20% THC and around 15% or less
I guess I can recommend this to rookies because it is mild but I personally can recommend better overall strains to rookies so...
I'm not sure who this is for
I guess if you have to fulfill a truth or dare, dare, and the dare requires grandma smoking a spliff
Then maybe Flo is a way to go easy on her
Rec Patients: Don't waste your money on this strain unless you are onboard with it not being very potent high and you prefer "In control" highs
Med Patients: The Pros are a very functional high, no blurry vision, no bug out factor, so this strain is better suited for Med Patients who need some medicine without unnecessary distractions or weirdness
The OBVIOUS choice is for me to say that this strain is best used as "old people weed" (no offense)
I mean that it's much safer than giving them a more potent strain that could make them dizzy and fall
With this they can smoke and then continue doing their day without affecting their vision or balance
LivWell Med patients will prefer: Blurple, LBS Bananas, 303 Kush etc
LivWell Rec patients will go with: Alien Inferno, Cali Kush, TxBP etc
All Strains have different meds for different situations
This one is best suited as a functional mild high for patients too sensitive to THC in moderate to large doses or who simply have stuff to do and can't go to Wonderland just yet
Doesn't make my top 25 strains but I won't discourage it's medicinal uses because functional / clear headed stones do have legit uses for lots of people who may otherwise be turned off to MMJ
To them some strains cause negative emotions or reactions
This strain might be acceptable to them
So I'm encouraging it's Medicinal benefits for millions
But I'm realistic about Rec users looking for more powerful hits
Floral and citrus flavors and smells, really nice strain. Pretty enjoyable for hang with friends or first smoke time.
Flo has a very smooth draw, and it's initial sweet flavor lingers into a nice aftertaste. My initial reaction is that it's just a very good hybrid which is both mind-relaxing and body-energizing. It also gives a good head buzz that feels clearing and enlightening. I would definitely recommend this to someone who needs some stress relief, or to someone who needs a good start to their day.
This strain has a strong yet smooth high. Compared to the last couple strains I've smoked, I require less of this to get me to a comfortable state.
I use cannabis primarily for Major Depressive Disorder, Acute Anxiety Disorder, Extreme Daily Nausea and IBS. Flo got me in a comfortable state and ready to eat without having to finish a whole bowl.
Flo has a potent earthy/diesel aroma that will permeate through pretty much anything that is not vacuum sealed.
Very relaxing and cerebral with a potent skunky and earthy terpene profile.
