Really great for serious pain. Also helped my neuro spasms a lot.

My fav is a medical members-only cut from ACA in Lakewood. My second is medical-only Leiffa, 'Madison Square Garden' (GMO x Chem De La Chem). Madison Square is the strongest cut, but ACA's pure cut is most mushroom garlic onion funk. Madison Square is a same strength, but different smelling GMO funk (blame the chem de la chem)

Man Be careful smoking this strain all i will say

I have chronic pain and GMO Cookies is excellent for pain relief. I like the way it tastes vaping dry flower or smoking it. But the high is like having a mild, but fun, concussion. DAMN it's potent! I had to learn to use it in very small doses throughout the day if I wanted to get anything accomplished. My recent ounce of GMO Cookies lasted me an entire month and kept me as close to pain free as I can get without using opioids. I recommend trying it for chronic pain, but take it in small doses until you figure out your tolerance. One hit too many and suddenly. It seems. Like. T i m e . Just. disappears.

This strain is amazing. I smoked a joint with this in it and I assure you it is nothing but pure euphoria.

I'm a heavy medical user. 4 herniated discs and a pinched L7. I enjoy all variety of strains but require heavy pain management. I usually am looking for narcotic heavy indica. At the suggestion of one of the bud tenders I gave GMO cookies a go and I am glad she did. This stuff is a great smoke for pain issues or pleasure.

Absolute banger. It’s heavy but a balanced heavy ,you know? Nice, you could probably look at your dream places and really see it honestly. Feel the soft pillows and all 😭

Very well rounded and really dulls physical and mental pains. Makes my metal parts tingly
