They got this one right! Good gastro strain.
I’m not a big ‘name’ fan, it’s stupid IMO, being an older guy I’ve been using flower since the 70’s. This strain taste like the flower we had in the 80’s. Hits the head pretty hard and then Indica creeps up.
Thanks folks, good flower!
Gorilla Cookies IS THE BOMB MY FRIENDS! As soon as you see this, especially by Elev8 get it asap, you will be so damn happy it won't even be funny. I've had it about 3 times so far always over 87% THC alone. This stuff smells and tastes so good it stomps on Girl Scout Cookies in my opinion, but that's my opinion. I found it best for Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Pain & Spasms. This is a A++++++ concentrate strain. ENJOY!!!!
This strain is amazing it’s a sativa hybrid it never fails to keep me up and happy amazing head high and a nice chill body high taking care of pain you should get some try it out!!
This & Garlic butter from Fluent has been the best 2 strains I have had so far. Puts u in the best mood, giggly, happy, motivation, no hard come down, helps w pain, anxiety, stress, mood, and can turn a bad day into a great day. I just discovered both strains a month ago & can't wait till they come back out cuz I will stock up on both. if I could I would only smoke those 2 strains...they are perfect for everything & everyone! As far as smell strong & nice. Taste I can never taste any bud. After 30 yrs of smoking I never get the taste on any strains all describe but these will forever be my go to strains. For my ladies and/or moms...it helps w menopause, your monthly, and those mood swings. Husband's all wives should have these strains on hand for their wives 🤣 My husband says she got the smokie smokie in her 🤣 I'm dealing w a lot of health issues that this strain & the other help in all areas...especially w my pain, anxiety, moods, and energy. And it's not over energetic. U want to clean & dance at the same time while singing loudly to your favorite songs and then after hourssss of euphoric joy your body starts to relax in a very nice way but doesn't leave u tired or couch locked but u get a good night's rest. Although this strain & the other I mentioned u can smoke all day long! Highly recommend! Fluent needs to have more often!
Nice! This cultivar did not dissapoint in giving me relaxing medication to my aches and pains. Felt very calm. I enjoyed the flavors of butter, clove, and earth.
Amazing strain.

Visuals: 7/10 strength, 10/10 enjoyment
These visuals were pretty strong. When smoking, colours of the TV and LED lights increased in strength. It wasn’t anything ridiculous: when looking at your phone, it appeared brighter but not super intense - as opposed to some visual strains where it sucks you in. I really enjoyed the slight increase in saturation and brightness. It wasn’t crazy but it was great as an accompaniment to the main effects of the high.
Head effects: 5/10 strength, 10/10 mental clarity, 10/10 enjoyment
This was a strain where the overwhelming mental effect was an upbeat calmness. I still recognised some of the day’s previous bad thoughts whilst on the strain, but I saw such aspects from a different light after smoking this. You felt just positive, not ecstatic or super happy, not super amused or euphoric, but wholly calm and positive. It was a very nice change to the sometimes ‘artificial’ highs (as I like to call it) - the strains you get super happy on when smoking and then the next day you feel like shit. After smoking this, I felt noticeably more upbeat, positive and appreciative of life the next day. What was great in particular was the mental clarity. I smoked a good amount, yet could still maintain concentration on conversations, I could still articulate all my thoughts as I would do sober - yet I felt very high nonetheless. This weed encouraged me to relax, calm down and stop stressing. Life’s going to be okay. Whilst playing FIFA with my two mates when smoking, we were pissing ourselves laughing when we scored. But it didn’t last longer than it would sober: humour felt very natural, nothing was ridiculously more funny, but your general mood was definitely noticeably more upbeat. This feeling is very hard to properly articulate: you’ll know if you try.
Body: 8/10 strength, 2/10 couchlock, 2/10 sleepiness, 5/10 tingliness
Amazing for the body. This strain felt slightly more body concentrated. I remember just feeling comfortable in myself - I didn’t feel glued to the seat by any means, and I definitely didn’t feel sleepy. What resulted, in fact, was a warmth throughout your body: you didn’t feel utterly baked and unable to move. You weren’t looking or feeling like some stoner zombie. Instead you just felt chill, able to move if need be, able to relax and calm if you didn’t. There was a single moment when I felt a tingliness almost: as I moved my head, my eyes and my body felt out of sync (hard to articulate until you’ve had it). As I moved my eyes, my body moved slower than them so it was like a game of catch up. But that was only one moment that passed - hence my 5/10 for the tingliness score. The best way to describe it is comfortable: it didn’t feel like you lost control over your body or the high overwhelmed your body, but your body knew it was high and just felt immense comfort.
Overall score: 9/10
A very good strain for calm social situations, or perhaps on your own if you want to get some non-intense work done (i.e. I could imagine being creative on this strain but obviously I’m not going to write a document). The strain felt very calm, but not lacking optimism: it was upbeat (without the artificial ‘super happiness‘), warm, visual, focused and comfortable. I write as someone critical of weed strains and not easily impressed, but this cross definitely impressed me. It felt mature; it felt like the kind of weed a successful person would have after a hard day of work. You wake up feeling good. High ratings, I encourage you to try.
Excellent marriage of GG#4 and Thin Mint Cookies. I was bracing myself for those sharp, sour, Gorilla Glue terpenes right up front. But Thin Mint Cookies is actually the more dominant flavor, and I really appreciate the balancing act that Elev8 has done here. The flowers smell very earthy, with notes of Pine, Diesel and Mint (Pine being the strongest of the 3). And when it comes to the effects, it has a slower onset, but expect a big indica buzz on the front end. Its GG#4 genetics shine through more at the back end; and the experience resolves more like a balanced hybrid. I highly recommend this one for unwinding and relaxing!
Relief for minor to mid pain (throughout spinal, back, nerve, sprain, strain, neck, all over), inflammation, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, PTSD, anxiety, stress, tension, relaxing throat chakra and calming. Encourages inspirational, creative, vibe. Assists when energy is overwhelmed. Balances insight. Great for meditation. Highly recommend to decompress, chill, recenter. This is also one that I’ll continue trying for more understanding and integration. I think this strain is good for far more than I can communicate here and may provide unique benefits for each individual.
