Great strain! I use this as my “in between” strain. Meaning, I like to smoke this before I smoke an indica to sleep. I wouldn’t be using this to stay alert, IMO. Onto the review. This is an indica, through and through, but it only acts as an indica from the eyeballs, up. It’s the strangest high ever. It’s for me, like someone put a rubber band on the top of my head and it’s tingly. But I’m not high anywhere else. It’s an odd thing for sure. The reason why I use this as a transitioner is because it still gives you a good, low humming energy. Like, enough to sit on the couch and fold clothes, or draw/ read and get your self tired. And it transitions well with indica, meaning that I never notice that I get “high” again, after smoking this to transition, and then smoking the indica. You just feel yourself get more and more heavy as the high in your head, gives way to a transition of a full body high. It’s actually a great feeling (not sure if anyone uses a “transition” strain). To go from head high and lethargic, to full body high/tingle and into drowsiness. All in all. Good weed. Very mellow. Giving it a shot won’t hurt. It won’t put you to sleep, but it won’t wake you up either. Good for a Saturday or a Sunday.

MPE: Headband is a very balanced experience. I had a great body high with the signature head band feeling. It also gave a balance if being motivated and relaxed. Because of this it spurred some great couch conversations and is excellent for watching sporting events. This was best used to relieve stress with some pain relief.

OMG!!!! This is the best strain for my pain that I've ever tried. This is the only strain which helped significantly with my sciatic pain. I've been looking for something to help for years and nothing helped like this strain has helped me with nerve pain. No prescription pain management drug has been able to help with that either. Need to put this in a pill and get Health Canada to run trials for approval for it's use. Seriously. I can't praise it enough for that purpose. Otherwise it's true to it's name. Makes you feel like you have a headband on. Total relaxation, awesome for pain and inner contemplation. Body and brain high which will make you loose yourself in your own thoughts for long periods of time. Get comfortable and throw on some chill tunes or video. Doesn't matter what it is, the party is in your head. Don't consume this strain if you have plans. Make sure all preparations for food and drink are ready cause... Once you smoke it, you'll probably miss or forget all about those plans, unless there is a more responsible person about.

Right off the bat, very pungent, fresh lemon and less notable diesel smell. Super versatile. This has been the best strain for my anxiety to date. (Especially at more than low doses) It's like a sort of foggy/wobbly effect, but with the stability that the comforting headband that the strain gets its name from. Headaches gone. Swollen feet after work? Perfect. It's like an overall safety blanket. A little stony, but you can definitely feel the Diesel in it, just not in a way that has you jumping out of your seat. Not recommended for high-focus social/physical activity, as your mind wonders a bit. However, I'm typing this up just fine, and with more ease than usual.

SUPER strong strain that comes on slow but when it hits, it hits hard. I felt a light throb in the head with the headband effect as well. Helped me relax and be productive at the same time. I would definitely recommend taking some time in the afternoon to smoke this smooth strain. (Also hit up litxtracts for high thc% oil cartridges!!)

smooth, classic, full-body buzz that lasted quite a while

I love this stuff. Great, relaxing and clear-headed high. Perfect for being social and joking around. Really helps relieve the winter blues. Best part is that I get the energizing effect of a sativa without the paranoia or over-stimulation. I can focus well and complete tasks without feeling anxious or stupified. Just relaxed, dreamy, and creative.

The strain I had was very good quality. I have Crohn's, and i'm at the height of a flare, which is causing me severe pain in my asshole. Seriously. Right in my asshole, it hurts till my damn legs tingle. Last week I was cramping and hurting real bad, and so I rolled my first a joint of Headband, and the pain I had was swiftly swept away. I drifted into a daydream, and it was nice to enjoy the sunset. This stuff WORKS for pain, and its easy on the mind. Great strain, I cant rate it highly enough.
