Absolutely a new fav. It's got such a strongly sweet, gassy, pine smell and the effects are amazing. I don't really smell the peppery carophyllene much however. Smell feels somewhere between Trainwreck and Dutch Treat... Almost like ripe bananas! N not laffy taffy banana flavoring or anything like that. These fluffy conical buds are absolutely covered in light gold trichromes. Smoking low to moderate quantities is not too overwhelming but if you smoke enough it can still be sedating and fairly intoxicating compared to other strains so keep that in mind. At low doses it parallels sativas like Jack herer, sour diesel, or strawberry cough with calming and anxiety-relieving effects while still remaining energizing. When you smoke enough tho, it can get nice n sleepy as well as very euphoric! This is a true 10/10 strain for me!

Rolled this baby up in a tobacco-free hemp wrap. Very nice, smooth hits. I am feeling mellow, and relaxed. Sleepy, even. Bud smells earthy, almost like dirt, with hints of lemon/lime. Might be best for insomniac nights, or days of anxiousness/stress/depression.
Just got back from the dispensary with this in a cart. Affects it quickly euphoric uplifting almost tingly. Definitely a great way to take the edge off and especially rough day, but not ending up falling asleep or into the couchVery nice hybrid
Heat Wave by The Cure Company is an 75% Indica Hybrid containing 29%THC. Solid fern green buds with burnt orange pistils and golden peach fuzz hairs and trichomes everywhere! Spicy citrus and skunky chemical is the scent and flavor. Blissful and lethargic was the high I got. Buds and high are a thing of beauty like all of the strains I have gotten by The Cure Company.
Hmmm, earthy taste. Mucho high!
I am combusting this through a bubbler as I type this review up on a tepid Saturday morning here in lovely and progressive state of Massachusetts. It smokes much smoother through a water piece in my opinion. With that said, the buds are extremely compact and on the dry side. From first smell, I did not sense anything but the faint scent of what I can call "earthiness". If you were to smell this bud at the dispensary you might have been prone to just skip it. But the taste is much better than expected. It has a musky earthy taste from its Chemdawg genetics. I did not taste any lemons or citrus in my batch. 23% THC. It has a well balanced hybrid effect where there is a spike of mental energy accompanied by a light relaxation of the body. This strain does not hit you too hard at first, allowing you to smoke a complete bowl. It is not my favorite strain ,but it definitely earns its place.
Heatwave has an earthy mushroom like nose, with notes of fresh lemon zest and gasoline. In my bag, the average nug runs about a gram a pop. The flower is bright green, completely covered in white crystal—like a palm tree in a snow globe—and dense. Vaporized in an Arizer Q, Heatwave has a mild, inoffensive taste, and a hard to stifle front of the throat cough.
Heatwave gets to work fast—going right to the head and massaging the brain like a good sativa should, reminiscent of the best Headband phenotypes. While calm and relaxing, Heatwave isn’t sleepy and hasn’t come with the munchies. A great morning and afternoon strain. The particular cut of Heatwave I enjoyed weighed in at 25.6% THC and was a 60/40 Sativa/Indica hybrid. Blissful and energetic, Heatwave is a delightful hybrid, great for a day in nature or a stroll through an art gallery. Verdict: Heatwave is a great morning and afternoon strain. This stimulating hybrid gets you where you want to go (but won’t leave you stuck on the couch when you get there)!
