Hindu Kush reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Hindu Kush.
I’m glad this strain worked well for others however I had a different experience. I purchased this strain without doing any research and it was before I downloaded this app. I suffer from chronic migraines (this is important to the story). After consuming this strain in edible form a couple hours before bed I was feeling good and relaxed enough to go to sleep. However, when I woke up in the morning my head was pounding like NO OTHER. I didn’t link it to the strain and continued to consume this strain for a couple more nights before I made the connection and with a little researched learned that this strain can cause headaches in some people. Maybe if you’re sensitive to migraines or headaches you should stay away from this one.
Always hard to choose a favorite strain, if not impossible in this modern age of cannabis. With limitless possibilities of the dankest buds at my fingertips it's easy at any given time to say the last one toked was my fave. Lucky & grateful❤ Hindu Kush is in top three and constant weekly rotation thanks to Grasslands dispensary who deserve a shoutout for beautiful flower, beautiful price. This flower is unique in every aspect from the spicy fennel taste on inhale that is exotic bringing an alert sharpness to mind. The buzz is immediate like a warm blanket wrapping around body. Comfort all over body with that relaxed indica smooth chocolate/coffee-ish exhale with touch of sweet that is distinctly Kush to me. There is nothing like this strain being very distinct with a perfect combo of high THC coupled with mystical terpenes that bring enlightenment. Great weed for meditation, pain relief, good rest, lots of sex, creative ventures, and Thai food. All that plus the flower is so beautiful if gazed upon or played with almost every color can be found. Need I say more?❤
Definitely tastes earthy or more spicy
Half way through 1 blunt not too high
Defiantly euphoric
I’m stoned now

Like a few others have mentioned, I find Hindu to be an entirely different type of indica. I don't get couchlock at all with this... It almost makes my body feel light and floaty, not heavy and tired. Best thing about Hindu Kush, for me, is it slows down my brain enough to let me focus. I can sit and watch an entire movie, read a book, cook dinner, etc, without reaching for my phone or flipping channels. It balances me out. On the other hand, my partner finds the strain uncomfortable. She's not sure if anxiety causes the uncomfortable or if the uncomfortable feeling causes anxiety, but regardless, she gets both when smoking Hindu Kush. I think this is one you'll have to try for yourself.
a long standing favorite for me, ever since i first got a legit sample in colorado a few years back. super relaxing effects that help me with my back pain and sleep. will always look for this strain. the smell is a musty sweet smell, with a great earthy taste.
I use this strain for muscle relief and insomnia.
Brings me right back to the 90's. Very relaxing. Good for after a long work day.
My go-to strain!! =)
I've been an avid smoker for about fifteen years now.
No other strain compares (as this is a landrace) to the sedative and relaxing effects Hindu brings to the table.
Myrcene seems to embody this strain. Seconds after my first hit, I find myself spacing off, realizing that I'm not in pain, and I find humor in the simple things.
If you're ever around Portland, OR this strain will not be hard to find. And if you have the extra minute, take the time to ask your budtender if its PHK, or Hindu. I've found multiple similarities in both strains, but true Hindu has a sedative effect that is unmatched to anything but a punch in the face from Tyson himself.
Take care when you light this one up. Respect the land races that made the strains we know today, and above all, get ready to relax, because that's what Hindu Kush is for.
