Seems to always be a strain that is easy to fall back on when it is hard to decide on anything else. Tends to consistently be around in at least a quarter of the dispensaries in the city. Usually affordable, but never lacking quality with an upbeat smell that is like a fragrant purple flower with underlying lemon. This odor matches taste perfectly which stays fresh tasting through entire smoke. One of the few middle ground hybrids that win my approval with accolades. Doesn't pull to far in either a head or body high direction, yet leaves me with an overall feeling of well being. Also not overwhelming even at higher percentages so being functional can be achieved at same time as heavy pain relief.
This is probably my favourite kush. They tend to depress me more rather than soothe it. This one does not do that, but it gives a bit of paranoia and audial effects and visual, tracers or movement in perepheral vision. A very typical hybrid with a hot but light hit. Sour taste but earthy undertones, which suits Lemon Kush. Tingly, sometimes warm feelings and CEVs. It illeviates a bad mood but it doesn't make me euphoric. Tend to zone out focussed on a YouTube vid or writing your Leafly review. Nice strain for in the evening. Calms the mind in the evening and before bed for a good night sleep, but doesn't blow you away too much.
Upon first smell, I will admit, I was taken aback. The musky scent blended with citrus was almost offputting, and I generally enjoy citrus smelling strains. Nevertheless, with its unique golden color and immense trich cover, this was something I had to try for myself. Luckily, it didn't taste the same way it smelled--the lemon and citrus came into play upon exhale.
The effects were a decent balance between indica and sativa characteristics, with the high leaning toward indica. There was some couch lock but not enough for me to enjoy as an indica fan. However, the euphoric head high made this strain worth it. Not the world's strongest strain, but if you like mellow, relaxed, and daydreamy highs made for indulging in old comedies, childhood memories, and music, this one's for you. Good for an all day smoke, lasts 1-2 hours after the peak.
There is a small chance of some anxiety in higher doeses but the indica in the strain mellows it out after some time. Be warned--this strain's a creeper. Takes about 10-15 minutes to take effect.
4/5
I smoked this with a cousin. The start was good it’s rich in flavour and a great feeling overwhelms you as you smoke it. Once the high kicks in you feel relaxed and chilled. I did however, have red eyes. This is unusual for me as my eyes rarely go red. Besides that I felt quite hungry. Food tastes great!
Overall I would definitely recommend this strain
Makes me want to get down to some love making
