Narnia has an immediate onset and the effects include a punch of enthusiastic positive energy and makes creative juices bubble forth from where ever they go when they’re gone. These effects are longer lasting than typical Sativa-dom hybrids. Also, the flower smells similar to Electric Lady. After about 30-40 mins, the effects begin to adopt more of an Indica vibe. It’s a focused relaxed feel but the effects may differ from person to person. The flowers are light green and possess a higher than average trichome layer.

It’s been awhile since I had been to a dispensary. I was overjoyed to learn that a dispensary had opened up near my childhood town that I had just recently relocated to. The Gallery - Spanaway is my new stop for my marijuana needs. A strain recommended to my wife by one of the Budtenders, she picked up this Sativa-dominant cross of Jack Herer (Sativa) and Trainwreck (Hybrid). We instantly fell in love with the strain called Narnia when we found out that Soul Shine Cannabis of Renton, WA donates a portion of all proceeds to homeless & neglected animals. It wasn’t until later that we discovered it was a cross of some of my favourite strains. The rich citrus, spice, and slight sweetness gives it a tangy flavour; the flower grinds nicely, still leaving mass trichomes in the light fluffy ground bud. The look and the smell are enough to put you in the right mood. Once smoked, I felt incredibly at peace. It brought my mood up, it made me want to get out of bed for the first time in days, and it reconnected me to the world around me. Both my wife and I just kind of let out a sigh of, “thank goodness that weight is off my chest”. The second time I smoked, I had an absolutely transcendent experience that I shared with no one but myself. I smoked a few hits from my bong, determined to get some housework done; I turned my music up loud over the bluetooth speakers and prepared myself to tackle the mess. It was the music stole me away, and I danced around in my knickers; alone; but free. Every note flowed through me and for three and a half minutes I let everything go. High, transcending, I was me. And to top it all off I tackled every single dish afterward as I breathed in and out deeply for the first time in what felt like an eternity. So, yes, this is my favourite weed. But this is my experience and my experience alone.

Another reviewer reveling in his own opinions very proudly claims that this is an Indica strain. It is not. I'm not sure how he comes to the logic that 2 well-known sativa strains make an indica. That's just stupid. It is true that some indicas have a sative-like effect and vice versa but not this one. However, I will say that this sativa can be somewhat relaxing. It has a very nice mood-lifting and focusing effect.

One of my all time latest favorites. This bud is especially good for people with ADHD and anxiety/depression (atleast from my experience)… this pulls me right out of a depression or lack of motivation and has some creative almost psychedelic effects to it. Alot of people will claim sativas give them anxiety but my me, my brain and issues i deal with, this has been a godsend and allows me to calm my mind and stay focused. My go to daily smoke after bagging prescription stimulants for adhd (couldnt take side effects anymore)… i recommend this as alternative to adderall, i also take 200mg L-theanine with matcha or coffee and lions mane mushroom extract and boy has this helped me and feel like I dont want to go back to pharma…

This may be the best bud I ever smoked. It's hard to measure what qualities go into that assertions, but the two that come to mind are how high and how long? I'll admit I've been higher, but I don't recall enjoying being this high this much. Off a single hit, two hours later, and I'm still comfortably numb. Those two facts should bring a smile to your face, but now let me introduce you to the downside of this wonderweed: you can't find this shit ANYWHERE! I live in Seattle where every other business is a pot shop, yet I could only find this bud in a single store. The bud-tender knew her shit when she told me this was her favorite smoke. At least, I assume she was being honest there. I dunno why she'd lie about something like that unless the train of thought went something like, "This guy's a total rube; I'm going to sell him some high-quality cannabis that he'll absolutely love so that when he comes back seeking more, I'll get to observe the crushed expression on his rube face when I tell him we're totally out and will never get anymore!" Or something like that. I dunno, people are fucked up, so you never know. But I trust budtenders because if there's one thing a stoner will never lie to you about, it's good pot. I may not be a budtender; I may just be some random stoned guy on the internet, but I'll tell you true: this is some seriously good weed. If you can find it.

Classic sativa with a cerebral high. Def a daytime smoke, its so uplifting it might even keep you up if you smoke before bed! It will have you jamming out to tunes as you sing along, with a remarkably clearheaded high, that seems to wipe out bad moods as it stimulates the mind in a non jittery focus that generates creativity and sparks the imagination, which im sure has everything to do with its name since its sounds nothing like either Jack Herer or Trainwreck, likely bc this stuff will take you to a magical fantasy land in your mind, much like Narnia of the Books! So I would take this for wake and bakes, as well as sharing with friends as its likely to spark lively conversations since its such a upper bud except very little paranoia plus even with its high thc content, it really doesen't give that stoned feeling, its a very much more high but still able to think clearly and not have that mental slugishness and fog that some other strains give. This bud has a very specific effect profile that is reliable uplifting and energizing without any sedation, so its exactly what you expect with a sativa, its a very pure strain in that it only has sativa effects, nothing you expect from indicas or some hybrids.

It's been a year since I have moved to Seattle. Like everyone else in this cold, gray piece of land, I prefer to smoke weed from time to time. Although I won't claim to have smoked it all, but Narnia is one strain that have stood out like no other. The high is exquisite with no paranoia because you are quite clear-headed as well. Creative. I loved this strain so much that I decided to smoke up the parent strains as well - Jack Herer and Trainwreck on separate occasions to understand it a lil better. Narnia is mostly Jack except for the clear-headedness. I found Jack a bit unhinging but just as creative. I somehow feel that the trainwreck strain provides the guardrails that lets me enjoy Narnia so much. However, I did not enjoy trainwreck that much. All in all, I think I'll stick to this strain for a long time.
