Had this in vape form and it's the perfect strain for a wake and bake with a side of coffee. Also good for winding down with a glass of wine

This is such a great strain, for both day and/or night activities. All of the positive stuff that consumers are saying about this strain is true. I've been a long time fam. of the 'Sour Diesel' lineage, so when I came across this 'NYC Diesel' I had to try it. At the time, I was living outdoors in Auburn Washington. So I had to take a long bus trip to Seattle Washington to purchase this from the OZ dispensary (Big Ups OZ), and my oh my was I pleased with both the price and the effects of my purchase. I immediately became a fan of this 'NYC Diesel', which has been very very hard to find, even here in NYC; get that. This strain definitely has traits, in both its look and effects that are reminiscent of the more classic 'Sour Diesel', with the addition of some pluses over Sour Diesel (less cough (it's much smoother on the lungs) and it's highly praised Paranoia FREE effects); don't sleep though, this strain is still a heavy hitter. Summary: This is just truly a great strain, that I so thank God (the Creator) for the breeders/cultivators (creators) of this particular strain. I hope that it stickys around for many many years to come. GENESIS 1:11-12 and 1:29-31! Peace and Blessings, my fellow herbsman and herbswoman.

HO...LY... Shit. Is all I have to say. My lack mental ‘health’ is indescribable, always anxious, always paranoid, always depressed. I wasn’t always like this so I absolutely know just how bad it is and I’m a stonner big time, but actually you wouldn’t believe it you knew me and how much I smoked if I told you it only gets worst when I smoke, and I hate it. but THIS fucking stain actually makes me feel amazing. DO IT. INVEST. Seriously and even if it’s a paranoid first time smoker. Especially if it’s a paranoid first time smoker. THIS IS THE STRAIN. Currently smoking it as I type and this is it. 100% my new favorite (old one being OG kush tied with GSC)

One thing to understand about NYC Diesel is that is a landrace hybrid - this means is you are smoking a combination of plant genetics that have been developed naturally over thousands of years, without the intervention of modern breeding techniques. Mexican landrace is known to produce psychedelic effects, and NYC Diesel is no different. NYC Diesel should not be likened to Sour Diesel - NYC is much more cerebral, and can cause audio/visual hallucinations in large/concentrated doses (objects in the corner of your eye that are not real, etc.). As the other reviews have stated, it does not facilitate concentration or retention, as the mind tends to race. I wouldn't recommend this for a first-time smoker, BUT this is a bucket-list smoke for the experienced!

it got me super high and it hit me right away. i got so many giggles in and felt really good.

Im picky for sativas bc i most got to indica sedating but i dont mimd this one or hybrids makes me happy not gonna this is chill and relax but feels balance

This is also my new favorite Sativa strain. This has the perfect hybrid blend type of high that is good for creative breakthroughs. I haven't had this productive of a strain since early Blue Dream. I'm going to snag another quarter from to the PIG N WHISTLE before they run out!
