What an amazing flower she is!!! Whoever named her Ocean Beach was on the money! With an earthy aroma and dank taste, this one for sure feels like it was grown in San Diego!

Ocean Beach is the strain I call Chatty Weed. It makes me talkative and comfortable in social situations that I would normally avoid. The concentrate by Teal is especially good for relieving social anxiety without any side effects. The flower from Cookies is even faster acting, quickly causing a permagrin that makes everyone wonder why I’m so happy. Both flower and concentrate make me enjoy playing music, telling stories, cooking… creativity with the intent to share the good feels with other people. Ocean Beach is my favorite strain for band rehearsal. It gives me a feeling of ease, chill enough to try new chord progressions, or take a solo in an Afro Cuban jam. It doesn’t make me take crazy risks, or tell things I don’t want to share. It only takes the anxiety out of the process, leaving just the relaxed exploration of music or conversation. If I had to choose a single word for how this strain feels, it would be: contentment. The negatives? None from Teal’s concentrate. It’s a clean high, but it’s also very hard to find. The flower makes my eyes so dry, my vision gets blurry. Coming down from the flower also gives me a headache. Electrolyte drinks or chocolate milk really help with both, while coffee, tea, and caffeinated soda all make them worse.

Great body and head high, I loved trying this strain out. I got almost a honey and earthy like flavor from the cone i smoked out of. Definitely a tingly feeling in my body but not uncomfortable at all, kinda like a bunch of happy bees. I felt very relaxed but still motivated to get stuff around the house done. Lasted around 2-5 hours, comedown wasn’t bad as well i didn’t get sad outta no where like i do with some strains when the high tapers off.

Purchased Cookies Ocean Beach flower here in Southwest Missouri - no bueno! This has less than .3% THC and I don't like it. Dispensaries are now selling THCa "flower" as marijuana, but for those of us who enjoy getting high, this just won't do it. This diet marijuana, or marijuana light, whatever they want to call it, is basically hemp (IMO). It's to the point now that I ask to see the THC content before I consider purchasing it.
