OG Kush reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain OG Kush.
I'm new to medical cannabis. I found this strain more helpful than the Columbia Care Theraceed, and eleceed. It relieved anxiety and made me feel calm. I noticed an improvement in the chronic pain I have from plantar fasciitis. The downside for me was the munchies. I have weight to lose not gain, so that is a bit of a problem.
Smooth and easy old school stoney bud. Makes you want to sit down and watch Cheech and Chong movies.
Probably my favorite strain . I have osteo arthritis and bad knees , alleviates all of my pain . And I get stoned to the bone .
Interesting strain, effective for pain and insomnia. I never touched cannabis before becoming terminally ill in my 30s, but the smell of OG Kush is spot-on the "old school" weed smell I remember at parties when I was young (it stinks). It was a bit of a creeper for me. I did two sessions with the dry herb vape because I was pretty disappointed with the effects at first...the delayed reaction caused me to feel surprisingly high. Overall, not my favorite ever, but at a good price would definitely buy again.
Finally got my hands on some nice og kush. Very nice. I use weed for negative mood swings, anxiety & appetite so I usually prefer heavy hitters. This did the job though and made me a tad happier than I’m used to lol. Only reason it’s a 4 and not 5 is because it gives me an annoying headache on the comedown. All good if you’re sleeping afterwards.
This strain is fire! It has a nice balance about it, from its Hybrid Sativa/Indica genes. This strain made me creative and gave me energy, while at the same time, relaxing my body. I was able to focus, which is something that most Indicas simply do not allow me to do, and my mind was not racey, which can sometimes happen to me with some of the Sativas out here. Overall, I think this is a great hybrid strain!
calming and relaxing
Vaping OG Kush feels like a punch to the gut. Amusingly, after each hit I have to pause and put my head in my lap because it makes me nauseated as hell for about fifteen seconds.
Unlike other strains that take a while to kick in, the high starts almost immediately, and it doesn't take a lot to get there. I feel focused and curious -- which is cool, but also, as somebody who smokes mainly for insomnia, having to know RIGHT NOW, AT 2 AM, how languages evolved, is kinda counterproductive, haha.
Unfortunately, it also triggers hella anxiety for me (wow!! we're all going to die alone!! what's that going to be like? let's take the next half an hour to consider all the ways that might suck horribly). I find I react to it the way I do most sativas, so this is not going to be in my main rotation.
