By far my favorite strain I've tried. I love the potent diesel fuel smell it emits. I've often found myself holding the jar of buds near my nose to take in the rich, complex aroma. The taste is... Well, indescribable but amazing. I have fibromyalgia and a herniated disk in my back, so cannabis is more about pain relief for me. I've found that GG#4 is great at eliminating my pain. After a few hits, I can't even feel my toes. This strain also makes me more energetic and social. Near the end of the high I get incredibly sleepy. I use the DaVinci IQ vaporizer with this strain, so my effects are likely different than smoking it. AROMA: 10 TASTE: 9 APPEARANCE: 10 PAIN RELIEF: 8

I have smoked this strain several times, and have smoked ever better batches of Gorilla Glue #4 than what I am currently enjoying and reviewing. One eighth in particular I got just over a year ago from a local medical caregiver who grew indoors, was much more sticky, resinous, and pungent smelling. It was some of the frostiest bud I had ever smoked in my life. That being said, this GG4 is still excellent bud. It has that classic Gorilla Glue look - large, pale green calyxes with a few tiny spots of darker green sugar leaf, rather bright orange stigmas, and a heavy layer of milky and amber trichomes hovering around the bud like a halo of shimmering milk and honey. The smell is intense and pungent, a rich early smell with a strong sour bite. The smoke itself is surprisingly smooth given how kiefy the bud is, and the flavor is most apparent in a sharp sourness on the exhale. The effects kick in quickly; I feel both a body buzz and a bit of a heady rush building even as I exhale the first hit. By the time I've finished the bowl, a strong, warm, and physically euphoric body high was spread through my body in a series of increasingly relaxing layers. At the same time, my thoughts are comfortably and entertainingly racing and I mentally feel blissful and stress-free. One of my favorite parts about this high is that it stays strong and lasts unusually long, settling into a relaxing and euphoric stony high. While Gorilla Glue #4 does not immediately demand sleep, it keeps sleep easily attainable for hours and, if you smoke a lot, it makes sleep almost unavoidable after a long and satisfying high. Over all, Gorilla Glue is certainly one of my favorite hyrbids, because of its strong and long high with well balanced head and body effects, especially euphoria and relaxation, because of its overall aesthetic value with great bag appeal and strong smell, and because of how it helps me sleep, but doesn't just make me pass out like something really heavy (its a great strain for like a couple hours before bed).

Can’t quiet put my finger on it but there’s something I like about this strain! It’s not my absolute favorite but I’ve used it in flower form a few times. Where I purchase it is categorized as a full indica, but I think it should be considered a hybrid, just indica leaning. Maybe seems about 70% Indica/ 30% Sativa to me. I’m trying it for daytime.

Bought a gram at my local CY+ and vaped a few on my evolve. Cresco labels this in the "rest" line. Taste is great, not much cough. Adequate buzz in the head, but not giddy. I think I am gonna stick with my 707 Headband...

My go to daily strain. If you are like me, and take your cannabis consumption serious, picky on your strains, and prefer something stronger but not engulfing you in a heavy (clothes drenching) scent, GG4 is perfect. It helps me with my insomnia, body aches, and allows me to continue my day of work without excessive groggy feelings, etc. Do know it is NOT for light smokers. I often forget I am more adjusted to stronger strains that my friends and their first usage of GG4 is always a good laugh. Its become a staple to all of them as well, and a chosen guarantee of a great default strain. Usually averages high levels of THC content. 20%+ usually around the 25%. Ive used GG4 for years, Flower, concentrate, etc. never a bad batch.

not for beginners. definitely a heavy hitter

After smoking a bowl about 2 hrs ago it works so well with pain that i forgot my back wasn't hurting and makes you at peace with things very relaxing. 4 stars for the effect and the taste, lacking on the intensity.
