just vaped some flower and though I just got my card I've been a long time connoisseur and this is hands down one of my favorite strains of all time. The flavor is amazing, Berry and pine with mango notes

For me, looking at this bud is deceiving. It has an abundance of orange hairs and a citrus scent making it stand out but just looking at it I wasn't all that impressed. Good thing it vapes like a rockstar! First off the vapor is milky thick, noticeably thicker than some other strains..however it's fairly harsh, I coughed quite a bit while vaping my usual .2. Has sweet notes on exhale. The effects are strong and uplifting, definitely improved my mood. Lasted a good while and didn't leave me tired or ravenous. I definitely recommend this for daytime use during fun activities.

Great strain! Relieves muscle pain and relaxes

It was pretty hard to rate this one. I mean, they named a movie after it, so it's gotta be good, right? Alas, the legendary Pineapple Express just doesn't really do it for me 100%. I still like it, but it's not the bee's knees, as it were. If I were to choose an alternative hybrid as of late, I would say I much prefer 3 Kings. The taste is great (like pineapples! kinda) and the smoke is smooth, but the effects aren't all there. It'll definitely get you to the next level, but it's missing something that a lot of the danker strains get right. Perhaps it's its relatively low THC level—as an "older" strain, it doesn't have the high percentages seen in recent varieties. Or maybe I was just expecting something more "hybridy" out of this hybrid; it definitely hits as a sativa and I am surprised to see it is not as listed on Leafly. You'll feel creative, energized, and excited all at once after a bowl of Pineapple Express. But it's not a very sustainable high, and subsequent sessions may not achieve as great an effect (this is true of all strains of course, but I found it especially noticeable with the Pineapple Express). Pineapple Express may induce munchies, though they can be staved off with copious water and something to distract you. You'll be able to focus on and enjoy intellectually stimulating material such as TV dramas or trippy video games. I'm a tough critic, so 3/5 really isn't that bad all things considered. I merely wouldn't rate this strain as good as hybrids like 3 Kings (5/5) or XJ-13 (4/5).
