Purple Thai reviews

I call this the epiphany strain, personally. I always realize a lot of important things and see how so many things are connected that I’d not realized consciously beforehand. Flavor can be a bit earthy but nothing too strong. Definitely makes me happy and usually want to sing and dance around my apartment while cleaning. I can also function at work just fine with it. At higher consumption levels, I can get slightly paranoid if out walking at night alone, but then again, I live in downtown Chicago, so is actually the weed doing that or is it just Chicago at night. Perhaps both.

my original plan was to microdose and work on an essay. i loosely packed a third of a bowl (i normally smoke a whole tightly packed bowl). smoked with a bong. beautiful earthy and herbal flavor. felt smooth and gentle on the lungs overall. very little coughing. immediately zooted. i was initially hit by an intense wave of energy and euphoria similar to molly. I felt totally electric. After the initial slam, it gave way to a strong energetic buzz. My mind and body alike were buzzing with energy. I turned up my music loud and started dancing like crazy. no munchies, overall clear headed, just happy and energetic/slightly hyper. After about 45 minutes of dancing, it quickly wore off, falling into the same trap as many sativas: a short high (however, a quick high can be convenient). would give purple thai an 11/10. great weed for a party or a concert.

Surround yourself with good music, light a candle, maybe do some light reading or painting. Cuz this strain will have you feeling creative and flirty. Citrus-y taste with an earthy undertone, very smooth on the exhale. You can literally feel the stress melt away. This strain is great for stimulating good convo’s with “deep” thoughts. And if you’re someone like me who’s defense mechanism is to create random scenarios in their minds at all times, this is the strain for you! It gets your imagination going, its effects are pure magic for sure without being too overstimulating. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

I’d say this purple Thai is a great buzz, even for a novice! Great high and relaxed feeling for a Sativa. Gotta say this PT is my go to sativa when I want to chill. There’s no paranoia, just don’t smoke a whole joint yourself, you might be sorry.😳🤪😩

Top shelf strain with unique taste of both earthy and chocolate overtones. Not a jittery sativa but actually very relaxing. A must try if you can get it, especially good for sativa lovers.

The rare grape-flavored Purple Thai is one of the best strains I’ve smoked. For me this usually hits like a 50/50 hybrid, but I’d say it’s slightly sativa leaning. I was lucky enough that my local dispensary carried this for a time, so I’ve probably had like 50 joints of this by now. What’s most impressive is how smooth the high is. It left me relaxed yet productive, social but more reserved. My best experience with this strain was smoking it on a perfect 90 degree PNW August day. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky, and there was a slight warm breeze to cool you off. After smoking, I relaxed by a pool (not in the pool don’t worry lol). After sleeping and hanging out a bit, I wrote new material for a new music project I was working on. For a few more hours, I was locked in and focused. About 8 hours later, I felt so happy about my day letting my body heal while being productive at the same time. Before I went to bed, I had 3-4 hits and it was perfect. One thing to keep in mind: you can get away with having a lot of hits. At the same time, be really careful to not have too much with this one. It can make the high panicky which is something I personally don’t enjoy. Just wanted to mention for anyone that doesn’t like that either. 10/10 one of the best!!

Interesting taste but I liked the high. My wife and I had a good time with this one
