Good Gahd, I could smoke this strain forever. Grandaddy purp was one of the very first weeds I ever truly fell in love with, when my buddy that I got it from told me that purple urkle was it's parent, and that it tasted even better, I was excited.. man, it didn't disappoint. I've had Mendocino purps before, and it's a phenotype, very similar in some ways, but it has a more prevalent sweetness and grapey taste to it, but still accompanied by that lavender-esc skunky flavor that Mendocino has. Big, sticky, purple and dark green buds, with so many trichomes, it looks like powder puffs out into the air whenever I open its jug, it's crazy.

This is some gas!! Mellow, relaxing, sleeping, chill...great night time bud. If you have chronic aches and pains, it’ll relax your whole body. The only other strain that gives better body high and pain relief is master kush. Indica lovers, this is a top bud!! It’s very relaxing, mellow body high. If you’re a beginner, just a couple tokes will have you high as a kite. I’ve been smoking nightly for nearly 3 years and I can only handle a few bowls at a time.

Loving this strain it’s definitely helping with stress and depression. It has a berry and grape taste.

3 Years ago this was my go to. After three years the color Purple was Stripped. It had the Name Purple because of the Urkle being PURPLE. Do growers really need to harass and Molest a Plant to the point of Killing off the SOUl of the Plant? Growers are not God and you need to remind your selves, Marijuana is a Gift, Marijuana is supposed to be grown with respect and Love. All this Machines, Freezing and using less People that bring happiness to the plant itself is a Crime to the Plant. REMEMBER, MARIJUANA IS ABOUT HEALTH NOT MONEY AND WEALTH. To your health.

I am so thankful for this strain. I'm not vomiting for the first time in 36 hours. This is my new favorite migraine medication.

Not too bad. A bit on the darker side.

Got this at the dispensary for my pain (diagnosed with a brain tumor) and I have severe, persistent migraines. The buds are dark purple with smallish dense flowers. For pain relief it scores 9/10 and I don’t get crazy sedated. A gentle wash of relaxation. It has a distinct berry or grape flavor. Great for anxiety. I line up a bunch of fruit and a granola bar in advance so I don’t go crazy searching for bags of chips and multiple pb&j sandwiches. It gives me a good appetite. I can fall asleep at will and sleep soundly. I can mix this with a higher THC strain and get a heavy sedation if I need it. Very useful for me.
