Holy God I’m smacked right now

Note: I've only tried it once, but it was very nice. My wife bought some from our local dispensary. She was looking for something positive and uplifting and they suggested Sage and Sour. I've never heard of it but it smelt divine so we gave it a home. I tried just a bit last night. Just two hits from a large pea sized bud. It was about 9pm and I was just relaxing on the couch. After a few minutes, I noticed I was smiling to myself and felt nice and warm. I decided to grab a slice of cold pizza and then back to the couch for a few episodes of Archer on Netflix. I laughed out loud multiple times and had a very pleasant hour and half, feeling very light and happy the whole time. I thought the weed made me appreciate the subtleties of the over the top humor in Archer. Something I havent really been aware of while watching it straight. Anyway, great strain. I'll be trying it again soon.

Overall great experience. The friendly staff at Nectar Tillamook asked me a few questions about what I liked in my smoke and based on my replies directed me to Sage N Sour.

Sweet smelling flower with a lot of browns leafs. Head high, cleary a sativa. Concentration is increased. Calm high (with low euphoria). Head stay clear. Must be good for studying or any thinking activity.

Smells like a bouquet that is at a small distance, but the herb is near my nose. Look: Little dense light green nugs coated in orange hairs and crystals. ←Makes me happy it is the St Paddy’s Day holiday bud of some of my dreams. The bud structure is more dense than Sour Diesels I have seen. The Sage crossing is a superb idea. Trimmed well. Taste: I am hypersensitive to any tastes of Sour Diesel (in my lungs or in the air). It is present but faint. The Sage, herbal flavor comes through in some potent ways. The floral, bouquet aroma did not translate into a sharp taste but the lingering flavor left behind was where the Sour D decided to stay. It is Sage going in, Sour Diesel after it is out. Amazing and eerie. Recommendation for medicine: This was good for an uplifting, mostly Sativa bud. At 27%+, focus that some speak of is a little more difficult to wrap my head around but there are so many variations, how to compare sometimes...It is definitely a euphoria strain in my humble (and high) opinion. I think that if it causes me not to feel much, it could be a nice pain relief for some conditions.

I gave sour sage a try because I love sour diesel but could not get rid of this strain fast enough! The negative side effects overpowered any good that could come of it. Extreme dry mouth, dry eyes, paranoia, general sense of unease, inability to focus, and anxiety. I tend to go for an engaged + energetic but low anxiety strain and this was the antithesis of that. Please be warned.

Usually a jack herer person, always on the hunt for sativa that elevates creativity with minimal crash. I have a decently high tolerance being a daoly toker, and after 1 or 2 hits I found my pen glued to the paper for a solid 15-20 mins writing my heart out. It felt like all the little unconscious thoughts I had in the past few days crept up on me clearly and presented themselves as somewhat complete problems and solutions. Wonderful shit!! #1 on my list now
