After getting back into smoking after a five year hiatus I'm realizing my entire strain profile had changed. When I smoked and drank regularly and wasn't medicated (bipolar 2 and ADHD) I could not get enough of sativas: Trainwreck, AK-47, Maui Wowie... I'm probably dating myself here but point is my more responsible, diagnosed adult self has found a better equilibrium that sativas can more easily unbalance. So here I am learning to love indicas for the first time in my life, and Slurricane is the one that's sold me on switching up my profile. The grower was Meraki in Oregon and flower was purchased from Jayne Dispensary. Taste is kind of a berry or reddish grape - light and nice. A lot like the (very very different) strain Headband I can feel a pleasant tingle-pressure around my crown. Nice body tingles. This has a pleasant but not distracting physicality to it. It's really the stress relief that has me writing though. This year has been really hard so far and this has me feeling like I just exhaled for the first time in months. I don't feel locked or weighed down, but I'm not buzzy or needing to do anything really; just very at ease and that's a feeling rare enough to celebrate. It's very present - this is not a weak high - but easy-going enough that I can sit here and write a review and feel really pleasant about it but also know in a few more hits it will float me nicely to the astral realm. I think that's what I'm going to go do right now. Slurricane. The name is a little dumb. But I'd still keep it stocked. It's the kind of strain that reminds you weed really is medicine.

This is an awesome strain! For someone with adhd, this strain doesn’t make me sleepy, I did considerably calm down and feel very peaceful. No paranoia whatsoever, this is one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with weed. The perfect strain for sitting passenger in a road trip, knitting in the sun outside, or taking walks

Tried this in a FVKD Exotics Disposable and it was absolutely amazing. Truly delicious tasting and the euphoria is unmatched. Cannot wait to try this in the flower form.

I have Last Resort Preground. I think I have been pre-programed to think all preground flower sucks. This is probably partially from being influenced by all the other online preground haters out there, always talking smack on PG. I think i have subconsciously jumped on the bandwagon a little bit as well. But this time I got the LR Preground Surricane IX because Im poor (thanks Ahole NJ prices), and let me tell YOU. It was actually the best preground i have seen so far in years to have com from a dispensary. It was so good in fact, i was even a little suspicious they sprayed some fake kief crap on it. But after reading other reviews online....I just think its the best pregron out there. This high is a nice relaxing mellow high that creeps up on you in a slow but gentle way. I have the worst focus because of severe adhd, but i think this is definitely helping to keep me focused. I know this, because usually I could never write a review like this before....i would get bored and say 'F it' after one sentence. haha I will be buying this again as long as they keep up with the quality. Slurricane IX was the strain I got. IT was: strongish but gentle and i would say good for beginners who experience paranoia and anxiety sometimes when they smoke, like i do. This strain hasnt given me any of that so far. Good for relaxing at night, but i am also enjoying the relaxation and tranquility it is giving me in the morning.......and I am not too paranoid now to venture out to do the errands i have to do. :-)

Really enjoyed this strain. It actually had me energized and gave me a really jittery, happy feeling. I didn’t feel anxious and it really helped me relax. You gotta give it time to mellow out though. It kept me up if I took it too close before I went to bed. This is a good wake and bake strain or a midday strain to get things done with.
