Trippy, intense, "creative". This strain does NOT taste like f**ing fuel, it's cedar! A strain tasting like poison would be horrible. This strain really got me. I miss the body effects, because I don't get "energized" or anything, it just connects me with my subconsciousness. But this job is very well done, psychedelic in the way Cannabis can be. I really recommend it grown organic to make the exotic aromas best and prevent drifting off into the chemical-corner.

In my top three favs of pure Dakota this far. Smells tastes and medicates very nicely.

I know most people honestly love this strain, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but every time I smoke it I get paranoid as hell and everything just feels very uncomfortable and ugly. Usually I get a headache too. I’ve tried to like it so many times but it just doesn’t work with my body. Maybe it’s like the cilantro of weed or something idk?? The strain is potent and strong and very cerebral, so if cerebral sativa dominants usually work for you, I would recommend giving it a shot. If you’re not a fan of super heady weed I would not go for this strain. Anyways, this strain is evil in my eyes to the point where I had to quit smoking weed for a year once because all they had in my area was Sour D. But pretty much everyone else I know save for a couple people really enjoy it. Do with this what you will lol

On the low

I went a long time before trying this strain, and I really wish I had done it sooner. I can understand why this strain is so popular. The high is wonderfully uplifting and positive, without the emotionally numbing effect that some sativas can have. I can still make important decisions, meet deadlines, and have normal conversations that aren't clouded by euphoria or anything. The taste, at least to me, is reminiscent of pickle brine. It has a salty or vinegary smell and taste, definitely similar to diesel fuel. I can't say I love the taste, but it's definitely growing on me. Durban Poison used to be my daily wake and bake, but I recently switched over to Sour Diesel because I'm mentally much sharper on it than DP. I highly recommend this strain to anybody that wants a really wonderful and uplifting high, but still want to be able to focus and have a normal day. This is a great strain for when you have a full day ahead of you and want a boost, but you want to be in the driver's seat and not the passenger's seat of your head.

good strain, but i smoked slightly wrong (first time with a bong) so i didnt get the full effect.
