When I first researched in leafly, I was looking for alternatives to help manage my migraines that I was having on a weekly basis. After trying “sour diesel” when I was having another episode of a migraine headache, the migraine headache went away. I was really impressed that marijuana actually cured my migraine headache that I was having. I look to use “sour diesel” in the future the next time I am having another episode of a migraine headache.

I was sick with a flu during the holidays (despite getting the flu shot few months prior). I went to the dispensary to pick up Sour D vape cart. I had heard rumors it helped people with the flu because it is an antiemetic strain. After vaping this strain in small doses in low temp to avoid irritating my sore throat and because it is heavy on the lungs, I was able to breathe easier and I became functional and energetic like I had forgotten that the flu ever existed. I've been toking since mid-90s and had Sour D countless times but this experience was the most interesting one.

An alert high for me. Love the Sour D! I can get shit done on this stuff, and it’s also good for giggles when I’m looking for that.

Yeah, this strain is powerful stuff. It lifts my mood but it also makes me dumb. Like walk in the kitchen then forget why I'm in there dumb. Or like I just had a text exchange and wasn't making sense dumb. This is fine when I'm home alone trying to disconnect from a long day, but I would not smoke this before a social outing or chilling with my significant other. They definitely won't get the best version of me. Lol

Travelled to nearest galaxy, resolved human existence, god dilema, good and evil. Returned to late infancy, hugged myself, and healed. This strain es EXTRAORDINARY. Good mood, creative and ended up sleeping like a sloth. (Mouth Extremely dry and red eye, and eating A LOT)

I had high hopes for this strain, but was sorely (sourly..hahah) disappointed. With research I'd selected this strain to hopefully use in conjunction with my running & fitness regimen. I picked some up at my local dispensary and found a good time to test it out. My mother in law was coming out on a Sunday afternoon and it seemed like a perfect time. So I took a couple of small hits of SD on a vape cartridge. 5 min later my wife decides that we need to go do some Christmas shopping for the kids. So I let her know that I had just vaped and sat down in the passenger seat of the car. We don't live that far from the store. But the trip seemed like it took 5 hours to get there. I mean I usually feel my wife drives slow, but this was making me anxious because I felt like she needed to pass everyone on the road. At some point she started talking to me. And it sounded like we were in this huge gymnasium and she was like 300 yards away. This small voice was bla bla bla -ing at me as if it was coming from the other end of the gymnasium. Finally I realized that she was talking to me. At which point I tried to have a conversation and she was quite amused. I said "were you just talking to me?"... Once we got to the store I couldn't deal with people blocking the isles. It was giving me anxiety issues.. LOL. Finally we made it to checkout and I couldn't deal with how long it was taking to check out. I had to go for a walk in the store while my wife handled the checkout. I gave the cartridge away because it just was not a great experience and wasn't what I was looking for. There is no way I could exercise while using this strain.
