Sour Diesel reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Sour Diesel.
Bought a half gram vape cartridge Of Sour Diesel (Sativa) branded as Panda Pen. I vape pretty regularly and this particularly cartridge is just ok for me. It tastes like glass cleaner (diesel), but the smell is really noticeable.
The high hits the head within 10 minutes, but stays pretty surface level without every making you too hazy or cloudy headed. The high both comes and goes under the radar. I would only recommend this strain and concentrate for the light user who just wants to take a hit or two before work or school to relax during the morning. This strain does tend to make me very aroused though, so keep that in mind.
The bud is farely dense with a strong planty diesel smell to it. It broke down pretty nice and I packed in my bong for a 1Hit-Clear, 5 minutes after the intial hit I felt a very light and uplifted high, I wouldn't say it made me as active as it did relaxed but I still had a clear head and wasn't to reluctant to get up and move around. I would reccomend this to anyone who's looking for a settled unwinding kind of high, plus you can get this strain just about anywhere for 10$ a Gram.
Ever need medical attention when you are wearing something weird? This is that. That odd little thrill of, shit I got caught. This is that ooopsy fun. You'll think you are doing something great, when in reality you are doing something fantastic. Flavor of morning of Christmas as a enthusiastic child. 10/10 yes
I usually prefer indicas, though I'm not a stranger to sativa. I've enjoyed Durban Poison and Korean Skunk quite a bit, but I have to be careful, because too much of the wrong sativa can bake me up into an anxiety pie.
Having smoked Sour Diesel twice now, I can see why High Times named it their No. 3 strain of all time a couple years back. No anxiety, no sleepiness, just total cerebral relaxation.
The first time, I smoked a half gram joint while hiking in the mountains. It was lovely: I felt uplifted, happy, energetic and euphoric. The second time, another joint, I just hung around and watched some Netflix. Again, it was perfect. Focus was great and, unlike some other strains, it didn't leave me fuzzy headed and wondering just what the hell was going on in the story.
Definitely an A-List strain that I'll be enjoying again!
Just tried this for the first time. The high is really nice and clear. Very good head high, but it did make my heart race and give me a bit of uneasy anxiety. If it wouldn't have given me anxiety I would probably give this 5 stars. I can see why so many ppl have this as their go to strain. If you aren't prone to anxiety, you will probably love this strain. I took 3 good tokes, and I'm starting to think maybe that's was too much for my first time smoking a legit strong sativa strain. Next time I will only take 1 or 2 tokes to see if the anxiety still comes on. For now I rate it 3.5 stars.
I hate to be that guy. I just haven't understood any of the hype of SD. Tried lots of it and it is the only one that has given any sort of anxiety or flightiness, and I like pretty much anything. I like the smell, just not overall impressed.

Got some "Sour D" in flower form. I'm an indica kind of person.. However, This sativa leaner is actually pretty decent for pain management. Now, as a flavour savour (Canadian spelling) I would rate the smell and taste to be a 5.4 (with Pink Kush as a 5.8, the current highest, on my scale). Gotta love the diesely flavour, great burn, and quick acting effects. If it wasn't for the Northern Lights portion, I doubt this would be as good for pain killing. That being said, this strain has earned it notoriety and I would consider getting some more if they were out of the good Kushes.
Just got finished with this 1 gram bag of this strain, and I gotta say, I was not disappointed by this weed at all. The sativa-dominant high was amazing, instead of being couch locked during work and home time, i got stuff done. This weed also helped with a thumb injury that I recently got.
