This strain, although very effective, takes a long time to completely feel its effect. When you do feel it, you will feel somewhat energized, creative and paranoid. If you are trying to overcome insomnia, this is not the strain you want. Although it slows you down and physically relaxes you, your mind becomes very active and energized. Also, I found my hunger to be less intense in comparison to other strains I have tried and short term memory is less affected.
