One of the best sleep aids I've tried. Combined with 5-HTP and melatonin, Tahoe OG guarantees victory over insomnia 90% of the time. Besides sleep, this strain is great at relaxing sore muscles after a long workout or hike. It induces a prominent (but totally manageable) body high, complete with tingles, weighted limbs and a natural - yet subtle - painkiller effect. For me, Tahoe OG doesn't induce cerebral euphoria or heighten creativity. Instead, I tend to experience slight-to-moderate brain fog and mental laziness. Your experience may differ, but I'd advice against using this strain for anything other than sleeping 😴 or winding down after a busy day. I haven't tried it yet, but I imagine Tahoe OG might also be useful for meditation (helps with quieting inner-monologue). Highly recommended.

This is by far the best strain I have ever came across to help alleviate PTSD this this strain helps with symptoms of anxiety ptsd symptoms of gastric intestinal distress and stomach issues sleep issues insomnia appetite issues pain this is just overall an amazing strain.

Got an O of this bad boy. I have a high tolerance and when I smoked this, it was like smoking a fat blunt after a T break! Love this strain. I definitely recommend!
