One of my favorites!
I recently tried this strain from my local dispensary, Cannabliss of Talihina, OK. I needed a few grams to get me by a few days until I made a trip to my favorite dispensary a town away. Perfect opportunity to try something new! Anywho...This strain is really great for arthritis pain & physical relaxation with the added benefit of a cerebral buzz. It started in my face/head then spread pleasant tingles throughout my body. I didn’t feel any jolt of energy or motivation, just a relaxed peaceful zen of sorts. The smell was pleasantly pungent (kind of skuny & sweet) & the buds were tight & beautifully frosty. It smoked a little warm (could be just a little dry or maybe not perfectly cured yet) but it didn’t make me cough up a lung...definitely smoother than other strains I’ve smoked. The White Widow is officially one of my favorites for any time of day.
Much more of an Indica for me. I have terrible insomnia and migraines, but after a few hits of this from my dry herb vape, my ears get hot and start buzzing. Then I can feel every little muscle twitch from my feet to my fingers and before I know it, I’m out cold. I’ll wake up the next day with a drool soaked pillow feeling refreshed and relaxed. Seriously, such a good strain.
this bud has got me absolutely baked, two hits off the bowl got me feeling every cell in my body. very sleepy and focused. only downside is that I feel a slight pain in my ring finger.
My number 1 strain as of now
The reason this strain is called White Widow is because when you look at the trycombes under a microscope the trycombes have webbing that connects all the trycombes. This is why it is called white Widow. The webbing like a black widow and the webbing being white....hence the name White Widow. The strain is no longer as heady or heavy eyed as it was 10 years ago. It is much more like a Sativa now when I remember it being a hardcore Indica like feeling. Still very yummy and piney.
Really glad I finally got to try this one. Very unique strain: happy, euphoric, and uplifted, but not in an overpowering way. Kind of a medium strength strain. I can see why people say it motivates you to get stuff done, but it’s also kind of soothing and relaxing. So you could go either way with it, relax and chill or be productive. Either way definitely puts you in a great mood.
I’m a lightweight sure, but about half of a 1 gram J had me chillin’ in a new headspace. I could just let my mind wander and end up somewhere new and interesting. Maybe a couple closed-eye visuals too? Overall this strain lives up to the hype for sure!
