Dulytek® Retrofit Rosin Heat Caged Plate Kit is currently our largest retrofit model designed to work with 20 to 40 Ton hydraulic or pneumatic (air-operated) shop presses (not included).The plate kit consists of caged 4 by 9 anodized aluminum insulated plates and a temperature/timer control module with magnetic feet for easy mounting anywhere on your press. This unit is perfect for people who want to use their existing shop presses to maximize their solventless yields, extract the highest quality materials, and press larger quantities at once. 

The plate kit is available in two versions: 110V for North American and 220V  for European and Australian customers. Please note that the 220V plates are not shipped to US and Canada addresses.

Dulytek® Hammer Style Pre-Press Pollen Mold is a quick puck or wafer maker. It improves your yields and reduces filter bag blowouts during rosin pressing. The mold consists of three parts that are made of food-grade stainless steel. Just add your materials and compact them using a regular hammer. The mold comes with a complimentary wooden dowel and plastic funnel card to aid in filling the mold with herbs and removing pressed wafers.

Dulytek® DripTek Mount Stand for DHP20 20 Ton Press

Dulytek® Rosin Press Starter Kit consists of a small silicone pad, two surgical grade stainless steel collection tools, one concentrate jar (various colors), 10-sheet parchment paper, and four magnetic pins. The pad and jar are made of food-grade silicone; they are reusable, non-stick, solvent resistant, and heat-proof up to 450 degrees in Fahrenheit; they are also microwave- and freezer-safe. The tools are great for collecting rosin from parchment paper and the pad, and magnet set secures and holds parchment paper in place during rosin extraction process. The mat lays flat on any surface and provides a cushion for your tools reducing breakage of the most fragile glass sticks. The parchment paper is oven safe to 425° F. Clean this silicone items with soap and water and leave to dry. The collection tools are dishwasher-safe.

Dulytek® Cooling Plate Kit consists of a metal drawer with non-slip silicone feet and two reusable gel ice packs and can be used to stiffen up your freshly-pressed gooey and runny rosin instantly and to make sap more manageable to work with. This cold plate kit is also helpful to keep food fresh and cool at catered events or parties when electricity and other cooling equipment is not available. Just follow directions to activate the ice packs and put them in the freezer. When frozen, place one of the packs in the cooling plate drawer, and the top of the cooling plate becomes your working surface. The plate can remain cold for up to 3 - 6 hours.
