Ordered 12:20am on Oct 17th, order 11XXX. 15 days and counting without any word from OCS.

Okay so I'm a veteran pot smoker. I laugh at the stuff you see on the internet. If there's anything I know it's weed. I ordered at 12 in the afternoon on October 17th. Got it today three weeks later. I paid 16.35 for a gram. Worst weed I've ever bought. I woulda sold this weed for 120 an ounce. Fucking trash trash trash. I feel sober from smoking this. I'm throwing out this weed. Worst 16$ I ever spent. Please if you actually smoke weed, or want to, don't go to the Ontario cannabis store. A 14 year old kid selling his chump weed will serve you better.

The worst service ever. It been 11 days and still haven't received my order.

Supposed to be clean safe ? made me cough burning throat dark ash too expensive for $10 g I get better "illicit" thats cured dried well for half the price. This should be $2 g

Shipment came 3 weeks after order. Was shorted .10g on each gram of flower. Bud is insanely dry and has little to no fragrance.

Ordered almost a week ago and it seems like they did not even reach for the package, throw a label on it and put it on the ready to deliver shelf yet. Most of the wanted products in mid-high quantity amounts are always crossed out and unavailable while everything is available dime by dime. New products come out and you may only purchase it dime by dime once again. What's the point? Almost 2 months later and it's getting worse if anything.

The OCS is the least reliable source for anything. Completely useless! Boycott The OCS forever!

I ordered at 130 order number 20028 recieved my order in 3 business days. like they said. I bought 8 strains totaling up to 18 gs. I smoke chronically for pain and depression have for years, I have smoked each strain by itself and I am shocked. I had extremely high expectations of the bud coming from the government and they've met them. the buds are crystallized dry to the bone and so smoothe when smoked its unbelieveable. the strains I bought where all perfect for what I was looking for and treating the needs I have dealing with constant mussel spasm I would recommend to try out several product like I have and find the products that are right for you. but my all around experience is a 10/10

15 full days after ordering my order is finally............. In Nisku AB. D'faq?!?!? Did you run out in Ont and have to out source? Fine. TELL ME! Zero updates from OCS, typical updates from Canada post. I understand the CP strikes have put a fuck into thing but come on. I guesstimating 3-4 days to get here. That'll put it around 19 days. Only government eh?

Ok I initially blasted this place with the review but finally got my order. The customer service was .. meh .. barely adequate enough for me to receive my order without confusion. They need to send more update emails so people know what's going on. No telephone. And took forever for customer service to answer the email. However, ordered on October 19. Got the package on Nov 2.

Received order confirmation at 12:23am on October 17th. On October 24th they charged my credit card. It is October 29th and my order has not even shipped. They don't respond to emails and aren't taking calls. At this point they have literally just stolen money from me.

WHAT A JOKE Would give negative stars if possible. Ordered 9 days ago. Nothing. No idea when I'll get my order. Have been charged for it, no answer to emails. Leave it to the government to manage to be even worse at selling drugs than the black market. Get it together. Get competent store fronts. This level of (non) service is inexcusable.

After waiting two weeks for my package, I received the wrong package. Someone else’s order with their full name and address was inside a box with my name and address on the outside! The product was theirs and is less than half the value of what I bought. Calling OCS left me on hold for two hours the first day and one the second. They took my information and told me they would call me back very soon. That was yesterday morning and I still haven’t received a call. Could not have been more of a disaster!

Horrible experience. Ordered on the 18th of October and still haven't received it yet! Took 4 days to reply to my email. They probably underestimate the amount of orders, but at the same time they had over a year to figure their shit out! I know some of the blame is due to the Canada Post strike, but we were told that accommodations would have been made. Would have never order from them if I knew it would have been this bad. They really messed up!

3 weeks late and just randomly arrived with no email notice or tracking number. The black market is less sketchy than this company.

Took weeks for only a part of my order to arrive. Spent more weeks trying to get a refund. Terrible customer service. Will never buy from again. They should be ashamed for being such a failure.

Ordered 3 days ago...still haven't seen even a tracking number, I had better service before legalization sadly from BC dispensaries

ordered on the 20th and it's now the 25th with no email to track. Super disappointed. Can't wait for stand alone stores to open.

I got 4 strains, all fire. For what they have, the quality is all I could ask for. Service, well, it's a website, so I can't smell or choose a bud of course, but even in the huge legalization rush I get my order the next day, so 4/5 seems fair. Atmosphere, well, I am not huge on the layout of the site, but it will improve, plus it is government run so they do have messaging everywhere which is a bit preachy about maybe not getting the strongest possible, but it's new, I think it'll improve and it's not like in liquor stores they are suggesting to only buy the over-proof, so we'll all get used to that. 3/4 even though it's a website and atmosphere might not really be a thing a website can have.
