Ontario Cannabis Store

My first order got flagged by Canada Post, so after about 3+ weeks of waiting Canada Post said my package “smelt too strong” and had to be sent to the undeliverable mail depot. OCS was very helpful in explaining once they get the confirmation my order was “returned to sender” I’d get a refund. My Second order came really quickly. It does seem a bit dry, all 4 strains, but what I’ve tried so far hasn’t been too bad. I will order more, hoping for some really nice fresh product next time tho.

48 hours after placing order and still no shipping info. or update. I understand this is new, but orders are not being filled in the order they were received. Two full business days have gone by and there is a postal strike looming.

Online store, took a while to be delivered but good quality

Tried to order on Oct 17 but store would not accept my Debit Visa. Getting through to Customer Service was impossible, so had a friend order and get it shipped to me. The 3.5g of Solar Power arrived 3 days later. SP was damn fine, I am not a huge pot smoker but this didn't make me choke and gave a lasting buzz. Tried to order today and it accepted my DV. Maybe it just wasn't set up first day? Ordered 3.5g of Caberet, can't find any reviews but it's worth a shot. Hope it's not too delayed.

INCREDIBLY SLOW AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. High prices. They thought only a few thousand people would order cannabis. Totally disconnected with reality.

Been over 2 weeks and my order hasn't even shipped. Can't even call customer service.

The first time I ordered from the OCS was on the first day of legalization, it took 2 weeks for my order to get to my door. This was unacceptable, but the weed was very good quality. The second time I ordered, in early January 2019, It took only 2 days for my order to get to my door and again the weed vas very good. The OCS had a rough start but after that rough start, it seems that everything is fine. Another big plus is that I no longer have to get my weed from a sketchy drug dealer.

Ordered day 1. Still waiting. They took my money right away which shows they can build things that work...

Oct 29 and still waiting for my Oct 17 order. Sad!

My experience was good with OCS.. Got it in 5 days, kinda what I expected. The bud was good as well.

2 weeks and still nothing, they haven't even packaged my order yet from day 1. just pathetic. Ontario got chaeted with the worst serviced dealer in the world. my 5 year old cousin could do a better job then them.

Worst experience ever. 3 weeks not a single word. Get your shit together OCS.

Ordered shiskaberry within a few minutes and weed came in the post a week later. I'm high af right now. Would recommend!

Shipping is crazy fast, 1-2 days. Some stock can be a little old and dry but for the most part, great stuff. Prices are not too bad too.

Products, selection and site all perfectly fine to me. Some complain about not having photos of the buds themselves, but I can really tell much about the bud I'm buying by looking at glamour shots anyway.

Sorry if you didn't get your order in the first hour of the store being open you're not getting anything soon, luckily I got in in the first 10 mins and enjoying my purchase very much. And I won't need to order again for quite a while so everything's peachy for me!

Oct. 17, 2018 Such a historic day for Canada. It was exciting to see the OCS go live, ending pot prohibition in Canada. I made a few purchases, the site worked well and the selection on opening was good but not great, but expected to ramp up with addition of much more product. There were 40 strains when it opened and strains were still being added. HISTORIC DAY!!! LOVE YOU CANADA!!!

Rough start but more variety then my old dealer. They seem to be back on track.
