There was a computer issue & it was not showing my account rewards (which I wanted to use this purchase). Cory was extremely helpful about the situation, he apologized for the situation & was able to issue the missing amount no problem. It was super awesome & made me hella happy!!! Good location in the nw easy to get to and find staff are always friendly and super helpful. Lots of selection on flower, pre rolls, concentrates and topicals at a fair price.

This place as the best selection of pre-rolls and cartridges I have seen in a dispensary so far and I have been to many!! Shak is the man and will always take good care of you regardless if your only buying a pre-roll or an ounce. The selection is always being rotated around which I love because you will always see something new to give a try instead of the same old products that everywhere carries. If your looking for the best service with no pressure sales then go see Shak at Cloud 420 and I'm sure you'll see the difference between customer service here compared to everywhere else. Absolutely love this place!!

Beautiful store with a large selection, one big thing is that prices are crazy good especially for the accessories. But the best part about my visit was definitely the customer service from Brandon. Since there was barely anyone at the store when I went in he took his time and explained about all the accessories i was interested in, and guided me for some strain recommendations, and even answered some of my questions on production/labelling. He was very knowledgeable and passionate which always makes for a great experience. Definitely the best experience I've had, probably the only store I'll go back to now. 10/10 would recommend
