It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. The best thing about Shades is they make you feel appreciated and no matter what...they are ALWAYS smiling!

You need a online menu! Please!!! I often don't go to your store because I don't know what you have. Please, your business is suffering from the lack of online presence.

The Staff were super friendly, the atmosphere was amazing (best store I have been to) and the location is incredible. They are situated on the way to Kalamalka Lake and have soo many parking spots, discrete entrance as well for anyone who might be worried about being seen entering or exiting a dispensary!!

Jeremy has been a great help when I am able to get back to Cache Creek and visit. He is very helpful and a great salesperson. The Cache Creek store has a great selection and good prices.

Absolutely amazing people work there. Owner definitely contains business ethics. They will rather dump a lot of unopened products just because the owner doesn’t want to sell anything old to his customers. Always has what I want, always keeps everything on stock. Plant Life in North Lethbridge is a hidden gem. A beautiful, well stocked store with amazing staff. If you want excellent advice, choice, all for a great price, go to this store - you won't be disappointed.

This location is great right off the highway makes for easy in easy out lol!! They always have excellent craft flower which i really enjoy. They have a great selection and always have recommended the correct flower/edible for me to try. Thank you guys your the BEST!!
