This place as the best selection of pre-rolls and cartridges I have seen in a dispensary so far and I have been to many!! Shak is the man and will always take good care of you regardless if your only buying a pre-roll or an ounce. The selection is always being rotated around which I love because you will always see something new to give a try instead of the same old products that everywhere carries. If your looking for the best service with no pressure sales then go see Shak at Cloud 420 and I'm sure you'll see the difference between customer service here compared to everywhere else. Absolutely love this place!!

Good location in the nw easy to get to and find staff are always friendly and super helpful. Lots of selection on flower, pre rolls, concentrates and topicals at a fair price.

There was a computer issue & it was not showing my account rewards (which I wanted to use this purchase). Absolutley amazing products and service but was told that the high quadz products are a prime exclusive. They are not as I can get them at 4 different locations, just not locations in town so a little disappointed with the false advertisment there. An exclusive brand is a brand that you can only get at the location its exclusive to, me being able to purchase the brand at other non prime locations makes it not a prime exclusive brand.

Located just minutes west of Rogers place in the Heart of Downtown Edmonton directly North of Macewan University, Elevate is your one stop shop for all your cannabis needs, whether that might be before or after an Oilers game or anytime you're in the in the area. All the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Josh, The owner makes everyone feel like family when they come through the door and always goes out of his way to give you the best experience possible. What a great store! Sk owned and independent. Huge selection of cannabis product, including micro and craft. Nice to see such large amount of accessories and glassware to accompany. Great customer service and product knowledge. Points loyalty program was the cherry on top.
