Beautiful store with a large selection, one big thing is that prices are crazy good especially for the accessories. But the best part about my visit was definitely the customer service from Brandon. Since there was barely anyone at the store when I went in he took his time and explained about all the accessories i was interested in, and guided me for some strain recommendations, and even answered some of my questions on production/labelling. He was very knowledgeable and passionate which always makes for a great experience. Definitely the best experience I've had, probably the only store I'll go back to now. 10/10 would recommend

This place as the best selection of pre-rolls and cartridges I have seen in a dispensary so far and I have been to many!! Shak is the man and will always take good care of you regardless if your only buying a pre-roll or an ounce. The selection is always being rotated around which I love because you will always see something new to give a try instead of the same old products that everywhere carries. If your looking for the best service with no pressure sales then go see Shak at Cloud 420 and I'm sure you'll see the difference between customer service here compared to everywhere else. Absolutely love this place!!

Good location in the nw easy to get to and find staff are always friendly and super helpful. Lots of selection on flower, pre rolls, concentrates and topicals at a fair price.

There was a computer issue & it was not showing my account rewards (which I wanted to use this purchase). Cory was extremely helpful about the situation, he apologized for the situation & was able to issue the missing amount no problem. It was super awesome & made me hella happy!!! So far out of all the places I have shopped at including in Calgary the garden is the best so far. Very informative and helpful, even if they do not have the information about a strain they will go out of their way to find the info for you so you know what your getting, considering I use for migraines it’s always good to know the place I’m buying from will help with making sure it’s going to help.

I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door! The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. Tora is so knowledgable about all of the products and can answer any questions a rookie like me may have. It's the only place I will go to buy cannabis as they never lead me astray!
