My go to place!:) They have the best staff members, always super helpful, they go above & beyond. There was a computer issue & it was not showing my account rewards (which I wanted to use this purchase). Cory was extremely helpful about the situation, he apologized for the situation & was able to issue the missing amount no problem. It was super awesome & made me hella happy!!! This place is the epitome of perfection. Locally owned - so support your neighbor. They have the most knowledable staff they're super friendly. They have stock you can't find easily elsewhere. The Concentrates are plenty, they have a plethora of Flower. They have so many pre rolls to choose from its almost overwhelming. Their merch is cool, you can wear their branded clothing out in public with pride. And is comparable in prices at other stores. I don't work for them despite how it might look with the high praise I give them. It's just my opinion and I am sure it will be yours too if you haven't already browsed and most certainly bought they product. I go out of my way to go to the best store in Alberta.

This place as the best selection of pre-rolls and cartridges I have seen in a dispensary so far and I have been to many!! Shak is the man and will always take good care of you regardless if your only buying a pre-roll or an ounce. The selection is always being rotated around which I love because you will always see something new to give a try instead of the same old products that everywhere carries. If your looking for the best service with no pressure sales then go see Shak at Cloud 420 and I'm sure you'll see the difference between customer service here compared to everywhere else. Absolutely love this place!!
