Immediately when you walk through the first set of doors you know that there's been money invested in the place (I'm looking at the waterfall wall). The staff have always been nice and helped me find exactly what I'm looking for. They've recommended different strains to suit my individual needs. I've gone only twice, but I'm always happy to go in when I'm in the area!

I do not like that the web page is not updated on a regular so a person can see what is in stock and the prices that they are going to pay.

Prices overall are affordable, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a wide variety of Cannabis and Accessories which never leaves you wanting!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of products including flower from 1g to 28g, oils, concentrates, vapes, edibles, drinks pre rolls and more. Tons of accessories! They even have three happy hours everyday from 9am-10am 4:20-5:20pm and 10pm-11pm! This is by far the best dispensary on Vancouver island! Not to mention $99 ounces, great prices on eighths and they are the only ones on the island open till 11pm! Could not recommend more!!!

They offer access to a great selection and competitive prices compared to other shops in Nanaimo. I found that they took time to talk to me and set me up with the right strain for my needs

This is a very convenient location for me. The staff are friendly and the product is as good as any dispensary in Victoria, B.C. The only complaint I have is the strains available are whatever they are able to get at the time which always varies. I would highly recommend though.

Good selection of products, online ordering is easy. Just make sure to compare prices with other dispensaries in the area, as they've been 3-4 bucks more expensive on some products compared to The Bean. But they will price match apparently.

The store is bright and clean, and very cool looking inside. The staff were kind and SUPER knowledgable, they were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I am fairly new to cannabis use in general, but I had been wanting to find myself a vape cartridge with a higher cbd content, but was a bit clueless on where to start. This was my first time in the store, and honestly I was blown away with everything. I wish I could have gotten the name of the budtender who helped me out, but they were amazing. They listened to what I was looking for, and even helped me find a cartridge within my budget. Amazing customer service and a wonderful vibe in the place. And yeah thanks to the budtender’s recommendation, I have my new go-to cartridge :) Highly recommend this awesome locally owned dispensary.
