I started shopping here during lockdown because of their prices, stock, and it was a nice "COVID" walk from my condo. Curbside hand off was always friendly and fast, but its hard to kow for sure what service will be like when you are back in store. I shopped inside for the first time this week WOW - you have to see this place. The bud tenders are super cool and so friendly. I got some coupons for my room mate and I to come back. I am blown away by how nice everyone there is.

This place has everything you need and the prices are just dang great.I don’t have to go anywhere else. The vibes always very welcoming, love the art and music and the staff are ALWAYS so friendly. Matt and his staff at Purple Tree are fantastic budtenders that care about the community they serve. This dispensary is clean and there are no loud advertisements to distract from the quality product. The right questions are asked to assure you get the most satisfactory experience and products. There is branded merchandise that I LOVE to wear and share this dispensary with my friends and family! I cant wait to return and enjoy the products that were recommended to me. There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! One of my favourite shops to go to. The store is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are so nice and helpful. Also very educated on products. There are also daily deals, so every time I come, I spend less than I was expecting which I love. So happy having this place in the neighbourhood. Cannot wait for the summer so I can buy some pre rolls and go to the park

I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service.
