This was my 3rd visit to this particular store & I just love how clean & organized it is. 2 employees stand out in particular, Matt & J. What pleasant, knowledgeable young men they are. I am senior & am still in the learning process as to hat to use for pain & energy in particular. They treated me with great respect & probably saw that I was a little nervous about trying new things. My sons go there & they convinced me that if anyone could help me with my questions, One Plant on Walker Rd. was the place for me to go. Let me say they have a permanent customer in me now. They are such good people.

I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!

This shop is outstanding. I’ve been flipping between dispensaries for a while and finally landed on Inspired in welland and it has instantly become my go to. Not only has everything I’ve bought from there been at the utmost quality, but the service has blown me away. I’ve never felt rushed, judged or stupid while in their care.

would definitely return to this location I've always had a positive experience I've never been disappointed with any flower and or pre-roll I have purchased and one out of the two people on staff is always going to most likely 99.998% of the time I have an answer for any question you might have everyone is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to certain strains things you might be looking to be able to have effects from always friendly always welcoming and never trying to rush in and out of the door like other dispensaries I've been into great job guys you should be proud keep it up

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! I've been coming to this shop for a couple of years, and it is my go-to. The staff are all friendly (I've never had a negative interaction with any of them, even though I'm a bit socially inept myself) and helpful; I don't usually like excessive sales help, but in this shop it feels more like they're offering to answer questions rather than to push product. The location is very convenient, being right off the West Mall at the QEW (it's the easiest dispensary to drive to from south Mississauga), the store is always clean, and the web site stock always seems to be accurately synced with the store stock. The only thing I will add about this dispensary that isn't glowingly positive is more of a friendly suggestion than something to find fault with. If the selection was broader, I would probably only wind up going to this dispensary, but sometimes other shops have had a greater variety of certain items or categories of item. If the selection was broadened, that would be great. I should add that the shop feels safe and professional. I'm sure we've all been to a few skeezy legal dispenaries that despite being licensed, still felt a bit sketchy. This shop isn't like that at all, to the point that my wife (who doesn't consume cannabis) came in with me one time and commented that it was vastly different from what she expected.
