Made my visit to spiritleaf Oshawa today. I love going to this store. Owen and Chloe were working today . As soon as I walked in they went to the back to get my order. I can’t describe how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are here. I missed Coco the dog. It really feels like going home here when the owner and pets are there. I love the laughter and fun the staff have at their job.

The staff are super helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Great selections and great prices. They set me up with all new accessories when I asked. Everyone behind the counter is amazing! Huge shout out to them! I won’t shop anywhere else. Cannabis Xpress Hampton is where it’s at!

Really nice store! Great selections and great prices. The employees are really helpful and they know what they’re talking about, unlike a lot of other dispensaries. Parking was really easy and it’s pretty cheap compared to the other ones in the area. We’re definitely going to shop here again!

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! I visited it for the first time last week and I was quite impressed. You're greeted by the friendliest security guard ever. Then a budtender greets you and presents you the menu. Unfortunately you cannot smell or feel any samples, as per Quebec law. Very knowledgeable staff. Digital screens inform you of stock, quantities and sizes available. Great atmosphere. Fast service. Very professional and modern.
