I’ve been a fan of Tribal’s live resin and flower for a while and wanted to give this strain a try. I got the vape cart for on the go, hoping it might offer more pain relief and not just the calm/focused head high I get from Cuban Linx. My concoction of struggles includes autism/ADHD/fibromyalgia/migraines/arthritis, so I use weed mostly to help with the symptoms that come with the aforementioned things. I felt this one almost immediately, just a few hits into it, in my spine, relieved my chronic back/neck/shoulder pain. I can feel it behind my eyes, that typical ‘heaviness’, but it doesn’t make me feel sleepy necessarily, just super chill, pain-free and relaxed enough I could easily choose to sleep. Played a bit of my go-to calming video game (Paleo Pines, highly recommend) before bed after smoking this and very easily sunk into my bed and was out for the night, so it is good for that too. High seemed to last around 3-4 hrs for me which is pretty typical but I found the painkilling effects definitely lingered the most which is amazing honestly. I find that’s usually the first thing to wear off for me, so it’s nice to know it works for so long in that respect. Taste wasn’t bad, as I have heard varied opinions. Just tasted like weed with a hint of garlic and pepper lol, I didn’t mind it. I guess you could say it was more of a savoury flavour so the name does kinda fit I suppose. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed this. Looking forward to also trying the whole flower version when it’s in stock again at my dispensary :]

Picked up a 3.5g jar from Qwest yesterday to ty before bed and oh my gooddddddddd. Vaporized using my Arizer Solo II This stuff didn’t take much to hit. I felt it creeping in, but it really kicked around the half-hour mark. One of those strains that makes your limbs feel heavy and noodle-y. It calmed down a migraine I’d been fighting off and knocked me out for the night. Plus I woke up before my alarm, feeling alert, with no headache 🥳. I found it had a very noticeable euphoric head high. I caught myself zoning out playing Sudoku, not really making progress, and ended up just going to bed. I’d also been feeling kinda antsy and paranoid beforehand, and it helped me work through those feelings without making them worse. It let me acknowledge the anxiety and then just let it go, in a good way. “Yeah, that shadow does look like someone’s there, but you’re good. Your dogs would say something if it was a person, so don’t stress it; you’re good, you’re chill.” That kind of inner dialogue. It helped me move past it without getting stuck in it. Flavour-wise, it was definitely sweet and earthy — one of the better ones I’ve tasted (though, tbh, most weed tastes pretty similar to me). But this one stood out. It lives up to its name, especially the cream and cake part. Definitely adding this to my rotation of nighttime strains.

Got a bag of this from Choklit Park recently and oh my god, life-changing stuff. Been trying to find a new bedtime strain as I deal with chronic pain, migraines, ADHD, autism, the concoction that prevents me from ever having a decent rest. This strain hit me hard, effects were noticable from 5 minutes into a smoke sesh. Feels like someone is giving my scalp, spot between my eyebrows, and my temples a massage that immediately makes me relax. A really nice, euphoric body high that makes it easy for me to melt in bed and go right to sleep, waking up refreshed and ready for the day. I really enjoyed watching hockey games while on this; slows stuff down enough so I can really see how stuff unfolds play-by-play, almost as if it's in slow motion. I have even used it during the day when I'm having particularly bad pain days. I can get shit done, albeit maybe a bit slower, but it's pain free and I'm chill and happy, so definitely not complaining. Really awesome stuff.

Some people have coffee in the morning, I enjoy a bowl of Cuban Linx. The bright lemony flavour definitely perks me up so I can get on with my day. Has enough of a body high to help with pain management, but is accompanied by a chill, but focused head high that allows me to get work done. Definitely also makes socializing a lot easier too, makes me feel bubbly but relaxed.

I've been using cannabis now for a good year and usually it's just been my go-to indica before bed to help with insomnia/fibromyalgia/migraines, and once in a while a hybrid if I'm at home with nothing else going on and I'm having a hard time regulating myself due to ADHD and autism. I wanted to see if I could find a sativa or something that would help just for daytime use. Picked up a 3.5g pack from Qwest from my local dispensary. This stuff is potent. It took maybe 1/3 of the bowl of my dry herb vape to make me feel the effects, but that could just be me. The high is very pleasant. A nice body high that helps with chronic pain and migraines, making it easy for me to take on more physically demanding tasks that I tend to avoid. It's also one of those highs that doesn't make me feel totally out of it, I'm still very much grounded and can think clearly, but it helps with the general "noise/tv static" in my head that ADHD meds put a dent in, but this stuff on top makes an even larger difference. Was able to clean my whole room out, do the laundry, use the shop vac to clean the garage, mow the lawn, do the dishes, but it's nice as I can sit down after and be able to relax too, I think in part due to the body high that accompanies it. This is definitely my new go-to daytime use strain.

I just started getting into using whole flower with a dry herb vaporizer. I wanted something with a higher CBD content (which why is that so hard to find??) and this was the one one of my local budtenders recommended. Being new to whole flower, the taste took a bit to get used to, but it’s not bad, just was different for me. I like it a lot more now after having had a few bowls worth. I’ve been taking it before bed mostly, to calm down my brain which never shuts up, and to help ease chronic pain (one of the biggest factors in why I can’t sleep). I’ve had many good rests thanks this to this strain. It’s also nice for a daytime too, if I need to unwind and be social. Took some before the family Christmas gathering as being someone who’s autistic, as much as I love being with folks, it can so easily get to be too much and end up with me having a meltdown. Well, this strain sure makes a difference and I was just happy and chill and enjoyed myself more than I had in a long time at a social thing. TL;DR, this strain is one of my go-tos when I need to relax (not necessarily sleep, but it helps chill me out enough to do so). It helps me be present and makes social settings that are usually draining for me much more enjoyable.

I went here the first time about bit ago after ordering online for pick-up as it was the only spot in town that was carrying my go-to edibles. This has become my (and my family’s) new go-to weed dispensary. Supporting local is important, but also the staff here are so helpful and friendly. 11/10 my favourite place and will continue to shop here.

I am fairly new to cannabis use in general, but I had been wanting to find myself a vape cartridge with a higher cbd content, but was a bit clueless on where to start. This was my first time in the store, and honestly I was blown away with everything. I wish I could have gotten the name of the budtender who helped me out, but they were amazing. They listened to what I was looking for, and even helped me find a cartridge within my budget. Amazing customer service and a wonderful vibe in the place. And yeah thanks to the budtender’s recommendation, I have my new go-to cartridge :) Highly recommend this awesome locally owned dispensary.
