Don't touch the phytoextracts shatter and wax. This stuff stings the tongue, nose and throat. It's  flammable/reactive when lit. While I got two different strains of wax and shatter, they smelled and taste the same, which was terrible. All bad signs.
I can only imagine how poor the quality is and how low the standards are for the 'Jamaican' $25 shatter.
They stopped listing the concentrates on the menu but still sell them. 
Phytoextracts IG, states there is counterfeit phytoextracts products going around. I don't know how legit the wax is coming from the Toronto location, they simply write on the package with black marker, there is no phytoextracts label.

Extracts used with solvents are dangerous when not properly purged. Be careful.

The Master Kush concentrate (shatter) hadn't been properly purged. It was reactive (fireworks like) when heated, smelled and tasted bad. Upon further inspection there was debris in the product. 
The people at The Toronto Dispensary are friendly and very welcoming, there was no hesitation to contact them.
