Newer users should titrate accordingly, this strain is very potent. Another spice rack strain, dressed to the toes in a glorious amounts of terpenes. This strain is not for the first time smoker, or the inexperienced - the hits are bountiful, very expansive in the lungs and packs one wallop of a psychoactive punch to the noggin. This one strain DESTROYS my depression - i simply CAN NOT be sad on it. On my worst days, i can really struggle. This strain takes me from my worst and lets me be happy without destroying my day. Very flavourful, typical of both parents of this strain. if you need a good strain for depression, pain, sleep or anything inbetween and need a nice solid kick to the head to get things done, this strain is your new best friend.

I have been to this location a number of times, and have always left a happy camper. The prices are good, good strain selection, vocal about which types they are trying to get in for the next week, and are always very friendly. I come here to top up my supply if i am running low (which happens more often than not with this damn herniated disk) and they have always been accommodating and recommended the right strain. I will for sure be coming back as required, and have told all my medical friends about this place. If you are a valid MMPR (or other) patient, hit this place up ... it sure beats the wait from Vancouver i usually have to put up with!

This lovely strain is one i will likely never forget for a few reasons. Upon arriving to my shop, i had my eye on this strain! The structure of the flower is top notch, with an amazingly large density abound. Hairs are super bright, compact and gives a very unique aroma that i find hard to describe. My preferred method of use is smoke - i loaded up my bong and inhaled. Wow! The taste was like super green crack, with a dab of kush kick and the ever present chest cave in that i love so much from the aforementioned kushe's. The palate is lovely, full, and unique with tones of wood, earth, pungent and slightly sweet notes that also hit your nose as well. The high for me is explosive, but not right away; at first predominant indica properties take over my body and i slip into a deep, meditative sleepy state. This is where i begin to love this strain - gears shift, my mind begins to ponder, and euphoria kicks in like no other. The green crack shows itself to me after a few minutes, and instead of overpowering me and taking me to sativa land (which i am not fond of), it blends nearly perfectly with the Burmese kush found in this strain - this creates a perfect blend of sativa, and heavy, heavy indica... just the way i like it. If you are like me and love indica, but feel like you need a small pick-me-up but do not want to dive into the sativa world fully, i HIGHLY recommend Green Python.

Pungent, Berry filled aroma that leaves your nose questioning what is about to happen to you! The smoke I inhaled was smooth, but in a few moments my body was blasted away into pure indica relaxation. I absolutely love this strain - the taste, effects, length of effects are all perfect for me.

When i first got my hands on this strain, i was apprehensive based on reports of its only moderate (to me) THC level. I do often prefer more of a kick, either mentally or in a physiological sense. The 7 gram bag i grabbed from SoCo North was sublime in smell - it quite honestly smelled like a fruity, flowery kush! This was inviting to me, as lately i have been hitting hard strains (that are in my review backlog) such as plat. bubba kush - no games with that strain, it is straight kush no nonsense. But that is where mango kush really surprised me - the taste was not what the smell eluded me too, and I was so, so SO OK with that. The taste, in the chest, hits hard and stays for a long time, and is ideal if you are like me and love the kush aroma, taste and chest feel that is known for among users of cannabis. The taste on the pallet is undeniably kushy, but with fruity undertones that compliment the smell much more then the aftereffects of inhalation on one's lungs. The effects of this strain were hard to pin down so i busted out the bag i have ( i have since moved on to Pink OG - a clone only (?) strain Review coming soon) and packed a fresh, fat bowl, as this is my preferred method of medicating with my MMPR. Upon inhalation, for me, i get an almost undeniably sativa oriented energy and euphoria - all of this though, slowly tapers down into an effect profile akin to working on an essay, sitting down to listen to music, or, if need be, go to sleep! When i use this strain in the company of others, i get very giggly and happy - interesting though is that i get very introspective when alone, but the happiness remains. This is a very versatile strain for me and still packs the kush taste i love and crave so much from other more medicinal strains that are more geared to my issues. This is a 110% favourite of mine! Medicinal properties are astounding when used in many differnt situations - mango kush does wonders for my back pain, and eliminates the pain i feel from psoriasis. The level of reliefe is somewhat limited in terms of length though, and i feel the amount of THC common in this plant is the blame. This does lead me to medicate more and becasue of that i must give this amazing strain 4/5 - it is ALMOST perfect.. but it needs more of a THC kick to be perfect for myself. find a bag, medicate, and enjoy a nice treat - especially if you are a fan of "Kush".

What can I say about Tahoe OG? I find it hard to pin down what i love so much about this strain, and indeed other OG phenotypes - the mental stimulation, or the heavy body high that keeps me melting into my bed for an amazing night of sleep. My method of consumption was smoke - it was earthy, pungent and had the typical OG kick in the chest. Tahoe OG tends to be more balanced for me than other OG phenotype - but do not be mistaken! This is a nighttime strain, at least for me, so your mileage may vary.. That being said, when used at the right time for myself, i find it to be almost perfect blend of euphoria and sleepiness that often leads me right into the state of mind i need to be in to sleep properly. This is fantastic medicine, and works charms for the pain associated with my psoriasis ! I would recommend this strain to anyone looking for the traditional OG kick, but perfected to it's ultimate form. Tahoe OG, to me, is the ideal OG phenotype and because of this i give it 4 stars - a solid, well rounded and highly versitile strain depending on the situation.

This fantastic purple kush X Animal cookies cross is a rare clone only strain i was able to get my hands on at my local dispensary. The flowers were fluffy, and full feeling - the smell is a sour, more pungent one that just straight animal cookies. If you have tried animal cookies, which is a cross of Girl scout cookies and Fire OG, but want a slightly more relaxing, less visual experience, then this strain is for you - if you can find it! The smoke was clean tasting, and had a slightly lingering earthy taste, i presume from the purple kush genetics. This strain is versatile for me - i am able to be both energized when needed and relaxed when the time comes. While this is a great utility strain for me, it is not a favorite and thus gets 4 stars from me .. these days i look for more of a punch, but do not be fooled ! This is a very strong strain - Fire OG as a backbone is sure to tickle your cerebellum ;)

What can I say about SoCo North? The service is impeccable - smiles and a wealth of cannabis knowledge. The individuals who operate this lovely establishment have been a front runner in my medicament with medical cannabis, at a very compassionate price. The menu is, as the service, impeccable. Constantly surprising even me, a seasoned medical user, with unique and very rare strains of top shelf, medical grade cannabis. All of the lovely, amazingly grown strains that are offered at SoCo north seem to me, to be grown and handled with utmost care - this comes through to the patient, and in the end, yields a positive effect for patient and the folks at Soco north! The atmosphere is second to none, with a calming, relaxing decor. I could not ask for a more professional setting, and as mentioned earlier, the staff are very caring. I recieved large amounts of empathy from these lovely folks the second i got started on my journey to recovery with them. I can not recommend this location enough. 11/10

This strain provides a dense, somewhat harsh smoke that hits hard and hits strong. The smell has hints of citrus, but with a veryd distinct finish to the nose. Effects are incredibly energizing and is a lovely strain for me before a lecture, and lasts a while to boot. Come down was relaxing and I slowly drifted off into peaceful sleep. Not a favorite, as I am not fond of sativa, but this strain surely surprised me. Highly recomended.
