Jack Herer gives me a waking high. It is more mellow than, say, Sour Diesel. Also somewhat less energetic. For me, Jack Herer is perfect for a wake-and-bake into a relaxed day.

Definitely a fan. I use sativa in the mornings for an energetic high and BD is exemplary.

While this is an indica strain, it's ability to increase "awareness" (like a sativa) is worth pointing out. Smoking too much might keep you from falling asleep, however the creative inspiration is absolutely present with Raspberry Kush.

Ingrid is an excellent body relaxor. An ideal "body high" indica, don't be surprised if you take a power nap in a half hour it IS that relaxing.

I really like this strain. On the body side it's a feel-good relaxer. On the awareness side, it keeps me in a positive and open-minded state. There aren't many strains that have this mellow, deep, anti-depressive effect. I can see why it's recommended for PTSD.
