Grape Ape underwhelmed me. Buzz was mellow, made my body a little tingly, relaxed me. I would recommend this to people who don't have a tolerance, or just want that mellow buzz. I couldn't work while using this, but I also didn't feel euphoric.

I told the bud tender I wanted something indica dominant to help me relax. I smoke sativa strains all day when I work and need something to help me come down at night. This is perfect. Helps me relax. Gives me a nice body buzz with relatively small amount. Finally I feel like my brain can shut off and I can just be still and get some rest. At the same time, I don't feel stupid and couch locked. I can focus if necessary, which is nice.

This was recommended to me at a dispensary outside Denver (The Highway in Downieville, CO) when I told the bud tender I wanted something Indica dominant that would relax me at night, make me happy, make me feel like my body's getting buzzed for once. I have quite a tolerance and it's been a while since I actually felt high. She suggested this hybrid instead of pure indica. She was right. I'm high again with a good body buzz. It's one of the most relaxing strains I've used in a while. Nice tingly feeling mostly in my lower body without being too euphoric. This is definitely what I need after smoking sativa strains to keep me focused and thinking all day - this counteracts that, helps me relax my brain. I will make hash with my remaining supply. Can't wait to see how that works.

I bought this on a recent trip to Denver. I told the bud tender I have a creative job and needed something to help me focus and be more creative. He recommended this and told me it was a sativa. I have since learned it's a hybrid but mostly sativa. Regardless, it was exactly what I needed. I was able to happily focus and get a lot of work done. It far exceeded my expectations. No paranoia. I felt great and was far more productive than I am without it. Can't wait to go back and get more. This one will be a fixture in my rotation.

I tried this for the first time recently. It was okay, but not my favorite of the sativas I tried in Denver. I made me paranoid, but I don't know how much of that paranoia was the strain or how much of it was me. In the future, I will probably only buy this strain if there's no other sativa left in the dispensary. If I had only tried this one I might have liked it but I tried several others and this one was the weakest. Didn't give me the creative energy (I have a creative job and needed this boost) or euphoria some of the others gave me.
