Very relaxing. Helps me sleep. Deep, calm high. Good right before bed.

Mild at first, a few giggles and zero stress....then MUNCHIES. Good for a creative/insightful boost. (Found myself watching video of chickens running around while listening to Blister in the Sun) Awesome for sleep issues.

Excellent medicine for pain and insomnia. My version from Trulieve in FL is superb. It is powerful! I use cannabis for insomnia, depression, anxiety, and pain. The Hammer caught me off-guard when I first tried it, as I suspect I smoked a little more than I needed. The result was a rush of mental energy, along with a very heavy body feel. It actually kept me awake for awhile, but feeling immobile. Not ideal at all, but I had better results later with smaller doses. It’s all so subjective! But, for me, while this one packs a punch, it doesn’t quite shut my mind off in the way I was hoping, like some other heavy Indicas I’ve tried. The muscle relaxing and pain relief are pretty on-point, but I’m still searching for something that calms my mind as well.

I picked up some of this from my local dispensary in flower and I am in absolute Awh over this strain. I suffer from ptsd, anxiety & bipolar disorder and any stress or worries or any types of pain I have had throughout the day seem to just ooze away. Lives up to its name 9lb hammer by far. Very thick, earthy smoke and overall great for sleep as well. 9/10 will be buying again.

9lb Hammer is one of the best Indica Strains i've ever smoked, immediately after a few hits I get this clarity and great refreshing feeling in my head, my worries seem to almost drift away into the smoke itself, this is a great strain for just relaxing and chilling, I've head Nine lb hammer twice now, a fourth of both and it never seems to dissapoint

I love this strain! Nice relaxing and slightly euphoric frat for the end of a long day. All you need is someone else to cook dinner so you can be one with your couch. I am waiting for a knee replacement so my pain levels can get intense especially at night. I don’t have the need for OTC pain meds and am not on opioids so this strain is a welcome relief. If you cannot find this try Zkittles !

While it didn't hit quite as hard as I expected, I'm still very happy with it. It's done wonders for my inability to fall asleep and it was a blessing for my pain. I suffer from TMJD (joint disorder in the jaw) and as such I'm prone to severe headaches, Migraines, and lock jaw. 1200mg of ibuprofen did nothing to ease the pain. 3 puffs of this stuff and not only was I able to move my jaw without pain but my migraine also disappeared in a matter of minutes. Very relaxing strain, offers a full body high and a wonderful anti inflammitory. Take a couple puffs throughout the day and it helps me relax and clears my head of any stressors or distractions. Any harder than that and it puts me right to sleep. Only real downside is the EXTREME MUNCHIES. I destroyed an entire box of cinnamon toast crunch by myself without noticing it until it was too late. So be mindful of the ravenous appetite. It'll creep up on you!!
