Smoked this before bed the other night and was out for eight hours straight. I was watching tv and knew it was time to hit the bed when I woke up with my chin on my chest out cold. Great for getting to sleep and staying asleep.

This is another great indica strain if you want a good night's sleep, always does it for me w/no anxiety at all.....just relief! Definitely recommend to those that can't sleep, this is for you!

I love this strain. It's a great early evening/night strain. It produces a very calming relaxation with a bit of a bodily sensation somewhere between tingliness and couch-lock. I didn't find it to be too intense of a "lock", but just enough to be perfectly content wrapped in a snuggly blanket. Towards the tail end it helped me easily drift off to sleep without being a total knock-out strain. Fantastic indica 🙂

This strain has a beautiful flavor to it and was perfect to consume after having a really stressful day.

I'm a medical patient, and I typically need Indicas to keep me motivated and focused (I know, I'm an anomaly, but it quiets the negative brain chatter so I can get things done). Most of what I smoke helps relieve pain, but 9lb Hammer takes that to a new level with me. I have spinal issues and IBS-M, and my pain is constantly fluctuating. This strain helps me keep going and be at least comfortable when I'm having flare-ups. By far my favorite for both skeletal, muscle, and even intestinal pain. Doesn't make me sleepy, but it does help me relax and get comfortable so that sleep might be possible.

10/10 It’s the plant equivalent of an infinity stone.. A nausea-busting lifesaver of a strain when it comes to obliterating my medication-induced stomach and gastrointestinal symptoms. Whenever I have a significant med change, NPH is what allows me to continue life while my body and brain adjust. X Insomnia X Nausea X Appetite Loss X Anxiety/Nerves It checks all the boxes. I’ve always enjoyed cannabis for recreation; but this has altered my life.
